Nope I ran this at locals and Regionals and got my invite . Now I can say you should be focusing on removal when using morganite . And resolving one morganite means no hand traps . Two my experience most people don’t read you get two normal summons with it so yes this helps because of power crept .

@dio4296 no he's right. this came up in most of my matches at locals where I went 5-0 undefeated with floo. plenty of people at my locals who are top competitiors who won or got top 16-32 in places like Hartford or lockhaven didn't even remember the draw two or double normal summons. Just because Lithium is known for monarchs does not equal him being the actual end all be all for the deck building theory around it. I've been playing monarchs since release also, would that give me and thousands of others the same credibility around it? same thing applies to other youtubers as well, that just because they post all their greatest hits doesn't mean they actually win that often or have good deck building skills at events for locals or regionals - or higher.

My favorite tech card in monarchs is Dark Simorgh. You can Ether summon Ether. Then summon Simorgh during your opponent’s turn. It’s like a FTK vs Labrynth

I would also recommend 1 kashtira ogre alongside the fenrirs, it has monarch stats so you can reduce its level with domain, so you can domain lock with Fenrir + domain.
Morganite is a Good card, I play a Dark Version or Monarch with Erubus, Megacaius and Vanity's Fiend as Tribute summons, a pure going firsts. The idea on Play Morganite is the second summon, the draw 2 is not important if you don't get your Domain lock on the first turn.
for thestalos, he can be searched with erebus and ehther he can be summoned by tributing just two cards so the tribute a tributed sumon and an oponent monster is kinda free banishes from the hand and if u used any level 8 by any means on the field u gain the effect to banish and do more burst, is actually good
Lithium have you tried just running full on Kashtira Monarch? I find it works amazingly. 3 Fenrir, 2 Unicron, 1 Ogre (has the 2800/1000 stat line so you have something searchable that turns on your monarch spells), 1 Riseheart, 3 Theosis, 1 birth, 3 wraithoth, maybe 1 prep. I've found it works really well. The Kash combo easily gets you enough material to end with a monarch, domain lock, and a Fenrir on board
Have you tried any extra deck monarch builds recently? Isolde has been a thing for a while, but there’s also weirder engines possible like Spright, Branded, even Libromancer

Monarch was the first release back in the day and the first one to get an update. And, ever since then, all the structure decks that feature a retrained boss monster are updated versions of older decks to bring them up to speed for the current metagame. The upcoming fire kings structure is an updated version of the 2013 deck. Next up is atlanteans. Followed by chaos dragons. Asuming they continue, monarch most likely won't get an updated deck until maybe 2025, assuming they keep up the current release schedule and decide to do another round of updated structures.
what's your opinion on ascator, downwalker" and "supay, duskwalker" to swap for the bystials, they provide 2 tribute fodder without the normal summon, but you have to run 2 bricks and they require a discard
Do you have any interest in trying extradeck monarchs? I feel like with so many generic engines (dogma, albaz, bystial ...) Playing Extradeck monarchs might even be stronger than this build. Access to cards like lvl 10 synchros, nadirs servant or mirrorjade should make up for the domain lock.
Morganite can be worth running in monarchs, extra draw over time helps alot in grind game and recovering resources and extra summon can help unbrick otherwise poor hands. Card has its down side but decks like monarchs were never about playing hand traps and if built in way to support morganite affording to wait a turn, benefits from such card can be really good. It is really nice in gravekeepers, counter fairies, traptrick too. Opinions about this card are divided alot so i think card warrants a bit more testing before being labeled as either trash or good card. But depends on personal preference, monarchs can be run in lot of ways.
The new Thestalos Fireshadow Monarch doesnt really have much synergy with the current Domain Monarch archetype except for Ehther. It wont work for Tenacity, Domain Field Spell, Return of Monarchs, Restoration, a few other cards in this archetype. Honestly i might not even play it in my Monarch deck because its not very practical right now and is just another brick. unless an immediate reprint of Monarch cards happens or IF theres more new monarch cards Konami could be working on that can make it work, there really is no reason the even use it. Ive play tested this card and ive played with Monarchs for YEARS. And besides Monarchs need more consistency than just this one🎉 boss card. We need more new spells/traps, we need more squires and vassals to help with consistency even theirown hand traps if needed. Even new monarch monsters, sheit ill even go as far as to take a ritual monarch monster toi. But As far as Morgamite, i disagree to an extent because i get where youre coming from. You understand how this archetype works as well. Which is why when I use this spell card I only use it as a last resort. Adaptivity to the circumstance of the flow of the game, despite the fact you cannot activate cards from your hand. HOWEVER there are ways to play around that effect especially effects from field and grave to adapt to that technicality. Its worked for my Monarch deck. But i really hope Konami gives Momarchs more support 🙏🙏🙏
Morganite is just good with Edea. You get ash or imperm then turn is not over because your 2nd normal can be domain lock or vanitys. I think your deck is so standard. Trust me my list is so good

3 things... 1- It's not a pot of greed in the slightest, pot gives you 2 cards instantly. This card takes 2 draw phases for it to be equal to pot. 2 turns for a +1 is awful in modern Yugioh. 2- Monarchs don't really need that second summon as much as people think. Their issues as a deck are about consistency, they are forced to run too many things in the main deck that can simply brick your hand turn 1. 3- That card will shut down Ehther's hand effect, and will also let the opponent know they won't get hand trapped ever so they're free to do as they please without getting interrupted.
