if comments are disabled, IT IS NOT BY ME. RUclips automatically disables comments on videos that they deem as 'harmful to minors'. This is so stupid, especially considering how all of my videos shouldn't even be for minors and neither is this platform. Why else give the youtuber an option to mark your video as 'for kids' or 'not for kids'?
