I feel like maybe sometimes you journalists need to do more research on the cars you drive. If you miss the obvious cup holders at the back what else are you missing on telling people? And this still looks better than the A4 and 3 series inside. So don't know what you're on about.
I was going to say, there’s definitely cup holders in the back 😂
Hi. You mentioned There’s aren’t any cup holders in the rear armrest but there are at the end of the armrest at the front if you push the switches.

I’ve had a 2015 c250 Amg line for the last 3 years now and I can tell you it’s a beautiful car so comfortable amazing car my next car will be the new shape c class once I decide to sell mine I’ve driven a 3 series and as much as it drives well it’s not comfortable so it depends on what your looking for something you can chuck around corners or something for a proper daily driver comfortable and good for long drives
This c class interior is still far nicer than the bmw and Audi ... I currently own a Alfa giuila speciale .. and considering going back to a Mercedes... the build quality is far superior..
Also thinking about a4 or new 3 series ..

The car you choose changes (usually) as you get older, fun, sport, speed to practical, comfortable, reliable.
Every car is intuitive when the owners spend time with it. And you talk about the graphics? It's excellent on this screen. Better than the Audis. This review was so biased actually.
As always, our reviews are totally impartial and based solely on the quality of the car itself.
The review in question contains a lot of information, but we did miss out the rear cup holders for which we apologise.
With regards to the infotainment system, it is outdated - especially the mapping graphics. Both the Audi A4 and BMW 3 Series run newer, more capable infotainment. Mercedes-Benz has of course introduced the updated MBUX infotainment (which is very good), yet chosen not to fit it to the facelifted C-Class.
@@ParkersTV Based on your last paragraph, bias it is.
The C-Class is running older technology than its main rivals. By stating it’s outdated, we’re only reporting a fact.
If it wasn’t outdated, why would Mercedes-Benz produce an all-new system at great expense? Needless to say, COMAND won’t be fitted to the next generation C-Class.
@@ParkersTV The current C Class is almost 7 years old. So duh. But the screens are pin sharp and no worse than that in the Audi and BMW.

I would, if Mercedes made it more luxurious and sophisticated. They can start by making the traditional chrome grill and upright bonnet star standard across the range.

Doesn’t the new facelift c220d have a completely different engine a (new 2.0 )to the pre facelift which was an older 2.1L ..

I had a 2019 a class with all the new technology and I hated it. It drove awful, being so crashy and noisey. I changed it for a 2017 c220d amg line and I love it, so much better quality, yes the infotainment system is crap, and the engine is noisey, but above all its brilliant

@@ParkersTV : I commented because I'm annoyed because you're reviewing an old car when there are plenty of new cars you could be reviewing, or even facelifted cars.
C klasse is the worse garbage, rubbish car I ever had.I drove w203 for 13 years and the car is a nightmare.There is no single component on car I didn't have to change it. Mainfunctions everywhere from beginning to the end.It would take too much space to say how Mercedes bad car is.The rust is everywhere.Metal protection is none.Every Mercedes you buy ,will be rusty and broken very fast.Nothing can rust so fast as a Mercedes.Germans should learn from Japaneses how to make a quality car.I would not buy even a vacuum cleaner from Germans anymore.
A 4cyl diesel has no place in a supposedly premium car.
Make it a 3 cylinder turbo
This was a competitive car.....5 years ago or so. Feels terribly dated now. Pity you Brits don't get the Genesis G70. Way better than this C Class.
