No disrespect to Brian and the beautiful Goldfarb, complete disrespect to Max, BEYOND! sucks now. And don't even get me started with Up at Noon
+TrickyLover I love how up at noon completely ripped off colin and greg live and is only half as good, I love Brian and don't mind Max, but they just don't measure up.
+TrickyLover Max is the worse. He was annoying on Destructoid, he's not funny on Comedy Button, and he's annoying and not funny on Beyond

Very happy you guys are back with a dedicated Playstation podcast. I came over from an Xbox 360 and bought a PS4 at launch. Found you guys looking for some direction on where to start my PS4 experience. On your recommendation I bought a Vita shortly after and have never looked back. You guys are great! Looking forward to many more episodes.
This chemistry is just so good, i find it so hard watching the new show. The most sad part though is whilst colin has become more successful in his professional career (making more money than ever) i feel like his unhappy and misses his old friends. On the contrary KF has stagnated but Greg is probably happier than ever in his personal life. Shame they cant combine there worlds
I’d say Colin is happier than he’s ever been right now. He has the number 1 gaming Patreon in the world and he’s fulfilled his dream of leaving California to be with his family, which is something he’s talked about wanting to do as far back as Beyond in 2010. He’s also dating a new woman after his troubles with Erin. I’d say he’s living the good life.

Great to see the spiritual return of Beyond! Just a quick production tip, look up compressors, and consider using them on your audio. Greg's audio is clipping right from the start.

Ever since you guys left Podcast Beyond, I tried to follow you in to Kinda Funny but the Gamescast and such just weren't to my liking. I think Tim orchestrating the discussion makes it feel a little too formal and flat. Plus, you and Greg barely even get a word in sometimes. Come on! You guys were THE IGN personalities, you know?
I decided to watch this for old times' sake, and WOW! The old spark is back. Really enjoyed just hearing you two guys discuss news and have a bit of off-the-rails banter. It's nice when no one is forcing the discussion along, just some interesting game chat between friends here. Good job, I am finally subscribing to Kinda Funny. I look forward to more PSILY!

Great show guys - laughed my ass off at all the old Beyond references, real nostalgia! People miss the point as to why Beyond was SO big, and it's because of the chemistry between you guys - it feels like we're watching two best friends having a good time - you're not colleagues and it shows

It's kinda funny listening back to this GOTY discussion about how "some" outlets would give GOTY to witcher 3 but most will be fallout 4 and phantom pain. Looking back now which was really the best and stood the test of time? Bloodborne bro.

Thank you guys! I appreciate you bringing it back. I was one of the people who listened for years and didn't own a Sony product since PS2. I first bought a Vita and then a PS4 and love them both dearly. I want to thank the both of you (Ryan Clements too) for giving honest opinions about the products themselves and allowing me the chance to play such wonderful games I would have never even thought of picking up. You criticize as much as you praise it and its greatly appreciated.

+youthnando91 Yes yes yes. Level 5 has been teasing a big announcement forever. They said it'd be a ps4 exclusive revealed at E3 but still nothing. Gimme more Dark Cloud!
They need to port them to the PS4. Spheda is still the best minigame ever. I spend 100+ hours in Dark Cloud 2...playing Spheda, fishing, getting all the weapons and finishing the last dungeon...fun times. Hopefully a Dark Cloud 3 will come.
Colin's reaction to Greg's pick of the Newsroom over the West Wing as the shining example of Aaron Sorkin's dialogue really cracked me up for some reason. It's good to see you guys back!

I believe the problem is the storage, I'm getting some money together for a new card but I'll have pay that abusive price and order it from japan. also there's not even a 128 gigs storage card.

I like playstation but their customer service sucks and PSN is a pain in the ass
+BJ Blazkowicz On PS3 it did. PSN on PS4 has been flawless. you upgraded yet?
i agree and disagree, I've never had a bad customer service experience (calling the 1800 number, getting refunds etc) and the psn being down doesn't bother me much because i don't play online with others often. the only real complaint i have is when they changed the design of the psn store. the old version was easy to use and it was quick and responsive. the new one is very slow to boot up (on ps3) and often stalls requiring a reboot, but even on the ps4 its pretty lame
+BJ Blazkowicz The customer service part is same for every company on this planet. But I kinda agree on PSN. On the PS4, it's a lot better than PS3.

Podcast Beyond was where I discovered Colin and Greg as personalities, feel in love with that show and watched weekly. I have always loved games but they got me into 'Gaming'! So happy there is a dedicated PlayStation Podcast on Kinda Funny now.

I'm so happy you both are doing a Playstation centric podcast again! You both were the reason I watched IGN...after Greg left I was devastated.
Does Greg just not realize when he is being rude? Colin pointed out that he was being very "disruptive" and basically says that its to bad so sad. I enjoy kinda funny but Greg being rude pointlessly and showing that he cant be bothered what his co host has to say makes me want to not bother to watch this pod cast at all.
On another note i was a beyond fan before you guys left and kinda fell away from it once you left but i would enjoy to see more then just the two of you host. I know that if you had Tim on it, it would just be another games cast. But perhaps a revolving guest host to add to the conversation would be a good idea.
the guests will be people around playstation. and its not as rude as you think it is.
