I haven't combusted since 2019. I bought the Arizer Solo 2 for $130. Has the best long lasting charge compared to most hand held vapes. Has great flavor and easy to clean

Hey Shango I have a question on this. After all the discussion, seems to me the healthiest way to use your lungs to ingest THC would be to low-temp vape flower or to low-temp dab (maybe this is the best - you've removed the flower/combustibles and you're not converting any terps to nasty oils at high heats). Do you (or anyone else) have any preferences on a good e-rig that I can low temp dab at? Something where you don't have to clean it every time (Pufco?) and you can specify a low temp like 400F. Thoughts??? thanks!

You've got to clean everything after every dab or else the taste worsens. It is a drag, for sure. And, I have not come across any rig that I believe has an accurate to number temperature gauge. That said, the temps are consistent. So, if you find where you like it, use that number, regardless of what the rig says it is. Using a hash wand with a three hole hash slide is my favorite rig solution personally. And I am also experimenting with my new Elev8 EoK Dab Dish extension @ELEV8Presents on the Silver Surfer desk unit right now. Just received it yesterday, but I really like it so far. So, I don't have an answer for your question. Most rigs I dont like, and they all should be cleaned after every dab. Good luck!

@@ShangoLos thanks for the reply!!! makes sense, appreciate the honesty! Also - thanks for a great podcast. It's one of my favs. You do a great approach at focusing on the science, reducing the bro-science, and making it interesting. I'm an emergency MD w/ lots of science/biology background so i appreciate it! love hearing all the PhD perspectives of smart people who started their careers in non-cannabis and then figured out a cool way to apply their knowledge to the field. Keep up the good work!
