I made a whole pink tail with wool yarn and I’ve been tryna unravel it and brush it for an hour but no progress has been made and it makes me so sad to see everyone else’s fluffy tails while mine is just yarn

What should I do differently if the tail I made looks like a mop?? Like the when I wag it it doesn’t even look like a tail any,ore and looks sort of lopsided. Like when you tie the on the yarn strands how do you get the strands to go all the way around the tail if that makes sense.

a square knot! you take the strand and pull it to a loop then pull the yarn through it on the other side or take to strandz then put them together then fold one in the loop and pull it tight think of thr first step to tying a shoe. you tie a knot then add then loopz

generally if it’s any form of twisted acrylic fibers it will work, some thinner yarns may not look the same & will take longer but they may still work ^^

it's just the same way you knot one string, but with 3 strings, and if you don't know how to know one string, I'm sure there is a tutorial on how to do that ^w^
size 4 is possible it’ll take like twice as long and size 3 just good luck 💀 i recommend size five it’s faster and fluffier size 6 is fine just a bit big and 7 is too big

I make a thick plait for the base and i put the strands through the core and tie it so it is more stable, won’t come out and can fit more onto it :)

Try using a hair brush! The dig brush just makes the fluffs look real of just do t brush at all! :)

Not every tail is perfect first try. If it fails, try again. Nothing’s stopping you

u might have not compacted it enough, u brushed too hard, ur yarn strands were too short, it could be a bunch of things
