Cop Caught On BodyCam Shooting Teen Who Had A Toy Gun
Witness: It just hurts, and it, I still can't believe he’s gone.
Reporter: Eight years later they say they still wait for justice.
Father of Victim: Wake up I don;t see him, come back from work I don’t see him, it’s hard to live like that. Just don't know how we stand up every day and keep living.
As kids, most of us will have used a branch as a toy gun, and others will have had all the toy guns they needed. But in a world where kids are becoming more deadly, it is hard to distinguish between a child playing or a criminal with murderous intent.
Today we look at two cases, both involving young men, one with a toy gun and one with a real one.

It's really sad that a 13 year old boy was shot dead but if your on the street with a gun real or not you know the cop's won't take any chances and you know cop's are always armed so you have to use common sense to avoid situations like that.

am Dutch and here, these toy guns are forbidden... when you allow your kids to play with these real looking guns, you should be jailed... but that's America... live with it...

When dealing with someone who is pulls out a gun, whether you're a cop or not, you should quickly enter into in a defensive mode. I.E. prepare to be shot or prepare to fight back. Everything about this video, from the title to the script, is political theatre. In spite of your hashtag calling it news, it is nothing close to news.
