He comments on one of their phone calls together that if the psych evaluator saw him looking scared of Shanda during the trail and that his hands were in fists that they would of had a different outcome to his evaluation. That is proof he was faking on the stand and trying to fake during his evaluation too, he doesn’t realise psych evaluators have indicators that prove people are trying to fake disabilities!!

I have sensory processing disorder, for me it means I get overwhelmed when there are multiple sounds/ voices coming at me at once and I can’t distinguish one from another. The fact that P@ul just said no one noticed his glaring, plus in another phone call he says no one noticed that he was looking at Shanda in an afraid way and clenching his fists too means that he was doing it on purpose, I knew he was.
He comments on one of their phone calls together that if the psych evaluator saw him looking scared of Shanda during the trail and that his hands were in fists that they would of had a different outcome to his evaluation.
That is proof he was faking on the stand and trying to fake during his evaluation too, he doesn’t realise psych evaluators have indicators that prove people are trying to fake disabilities!!
This mofo needs not to be allowed calls from these freaks for validation. He isn’t traumatised and he knew exactly what he did. It takes a LONG time to undo psychological issues from a parent when they’re genuine, this kid just snapped out of it the moment it benefitted him. He sees himself as a victim.
Notice he says. ".....SOMEONE dying here...." That is distancing language. He is distancing himself from his brother, and what HE did to him. Dehumanizing his brother. He wasn't Timothy, my brother, he was "someone" !!!
Similarly, he used the word " him" referencing Timothy's death in the letter he read in front of the judge, instead of saying " Timothy's death". You're right, he is not only distancing himself in general, but distancing his own culpability in his brothers death.
