Glad to hear this. I love craft beer but usually limit them to 2 a few times a week. And I seldom go on an eating spree afterward. Especially now that it's NFL season. Good info.
Been factoring in my drinking for the past few months. Got it down to where I remain in a calorie deficit. I only work out 4 days a week for about 30-45 minutes per. The biggest thing I see is that there's a layer of fat around my stomach and love handles. I have defined stomach muscles and I have a small waist, no bloating. But because of the empty calories I'm unable to get truly lean. But considering all that I'd say it's not bad. GF loves how I've transformed and I can walk around with my shirt off, so it could be worse.
Awesome video subscribed! I’m trying to gain weight not lose it but am weight training. I like some glasses of wine I’ve heard only negatives but I’m not trying to live solely for the gym even though I enjoy it. Do you think moderate drinking would hurt muscle growth completely ? Thanks Tristen
Thanks I am not a heavy drinker but a must must daily drinker I have to have my one drink of scotch and club soda every night That’s 45 ml standard shot of whiskey with one can of club soda Can I still lose weight I know two shots that’s double are allowed for men

See the thing is light beers are lower calorie however I kill a 12 pack with ease. I think I should just stop completely
