@Essen Rezepte. Did you know that laying the grater on its side and grating on it that way yields better result...then you simply align grater bottom over bowl and turn upright. Less mess, easier grating!

This recipe reminded my childhood - my father was making such omelette just not so many eggs :) another way to make it airy is to place the pot with eggs into water bowl and then inside the oven. Love it!
