Was feeling a little lonely the other night for the first time in a bit so this helped so much! I relate on many levels, it helps to play things all throughout the day whether sound or shows, etc just to feel like you’re with other people, fun exercises and cleaning projects or fun meals/baked goods to look forward to making :) also knowing gods there knowing just how to make you happy/feel safe :) thanks for the video!!

I think I feel guilty as I try to be an engaged Christian I often forget to pray before my meals and before bed. These are all just things that I do and criticize myself for not holding myself to my standards. I mostly just talk to him casually. My mind is so focused on other things and God seems to be on the bottom part of the list. But I'm glad I can watch your videos and be reminded that he is with me always and that he's always there, waiting.
Ohhh do not criticize yourself. The fact that you are aware that you forget or put him on the self is a first step to actually help you to start being mindful and be intentional about putting him first and actually praying. He loves you and remember the word of God says there is no condemnation in Christ Jesus. Do not condemn yourself. God loves you...start being intentional about putting him first. Lol okay bye now.

I am moving to Manila next year June 2023 from Cebu. I will be living alone for the first time and it's my first time as well that I will be going far from my mom... Reason? In my age, I just turned 23 last november, I feel like even how I dress up myself I still rely on my mom. For once I wanted to teach myself how to be independent, well, I really hope so
I will be moving to Wuppertal city for my internship and it will be the first time that I will be living alone. Actually, it is a shared accomodation and I really don't know what to expect and what not to expect.

i started to learn to live alone from the age of 8 Both of my parents were busy out their work so i would live alone from 11 am to 9pm Sometimes it would become 12 am too.. I used to come from school and then do my work by my own Good thing i had my birds so i would play with them Then tuitions So it wasn't that a worry to be honest. Before my mom was reall confident on me livin'alone Now my mum be like: *My ChIlD Is GoNnA LiVe AlOnE WhAt If ShE GeTs In TrOublE* Even though there's so much security here and I'm almost turning 13 But she is still worried lol
…. But this is just you being really busy to distract yourself from loneliness. This doesn’t solve the loneliness issue. It’s like you do things and get things to fill the loneliness hole. But things don’t replace people or the need for human connection. At least for me it doesn’t…. I was hoping this would give me hope but really it just made me feel like living alone is empty.

haha im the opposite ! i go through the day compartmentalizing issues and focusing on whats going on and then when i workout i zone and think about everything that needs to be done/ worry. then its out of my system when im done working out and i can go back to focusing on the present.
