Hilton millennium asked for me for deposit almost 16000 baht and I’m going to try this hotel I already booked it for 10 days

Aloha, Julian! Super cool hotel! I’m so glad you’re giving us a tour. I was lucky to visit the higher level sky bar one time, but staying a couple nights is on my bucket list, and at $150 per night, it’s doable. Wonderful size of room. The bathroom was huge, even had an echo. But I’m disappointed there’s no window between the bathtub and living room (555. Just kidding).
I’m glad you were able to open the balcony; just needs a chair to sit to watch the sunset from that viewpoint. But did you feel being right next to 2 AC units would make it noisy and hot? I saw that the television screen was personalized with your name... classy.
Including the lounge in the deal seems like a good idea, since I think you said in another video drinks at the the sky bar are $30 a glass. That would really add up fast. I guess you’re mostly paying for the view though; no view from the lounge.
Did the breakfast have more choices beyond eggs and bacon? Seems like the offering at the Biyoke Hotel you visited had a far wider selection.
Oh, by the way, I wanted share with your members that visiting the Le Bua sky bar requires “suitable attire”. I was very politely turned away when I was wearing shorts, so I had to return the next evening after I changed into long pants.
Who is Som?? She fits the part well in a 5-star hotel atmosphere, but I don’t think she’d go for the $8 per night hotel you profiled recently (555!). Too bad she didn’t appear a bit more enthusiastic at this experience; camera shy?

Was here in 05 when it first opened. Got a great deal on 2-BR suite. Great view of the river fireworks lit up lower than our balcony.

This hotel looks amazing might have to take my partner here for a special occasion. How much was it for the lounge?
This place was amazing, the rooms were huge, had multiple sky bars which were beautiful. Prices for drinks were very expensive even for Americans. I think drinks at skybar were about 1,000 baht per glass if I remember correctly. If you do decide to book the hotel look and see what it includes. I usually book rooms on Agoda, some rooms said including lounge, some said including breakfast, some said including breakfast, lounge and minibar haha. I couldn't say exactly how much for the lounge access, my total price was 4,500 baht including lounge access unlimited alcohol for 2, mini bar fridge in room, and breakfast for two in the morning. If I just wanted to book just the room I believe it was around 2,700-3,000 baht. Hope this helps, just make sure to see what the room includes before booking the room. In my opinion I think lounge access is worth it if you and your partner really enjoy a few drinks
