I'm usually a passionate enthusiast of early music being played upon appropriate instruments, but your interpretation on a modern piano of this beautiful piece has left me spellbound. Thanks so much.
It is truly wonderful to hear this piece given a very fine+sensitive performance>>one can measure the velocity and timbre next to the harpsichord versions; superb Works by Duphly! Perhaps you might try some Royer??
I have been a great fan of yours since finding your website what seems like an eternity ago. I used to listen to your playing constantly, but I had forgotten you in the rush of life until tonight. A flash came to my mind as I was watching Rachmaninoff and Chopin recitals--that pianist! Who was he? I tried typing "just colored hands classical piano", but that didn't yield results. Oh, I know! Cube...something. Cubis! Yes, that was it, I'm sure! No...maybe it was spelled differently...and EUREKA! I rediscovered you, and was very pleased to see that you're still hard at it. You are a gift to the world, and have helped me through many hard times. So I wonder, for this old fan, could you limber up those hands and take on more pieces by Rachmaninoff? I fully understand that what I'm asking is more or less the pinnacle of difficulty in any musical sense, so it's alright if it's outside what you feel comfortable attempting. But for some reason, I just think you can do it. After all these years of practice, perhaps you can now emulate the master. Perhaps some of his more obscure works that don't get played to death. I will be looking hopefully to see if you accept my humble request, but even if not, I will not be at all disappointed. Thank you for all the great musical work that you've done.
Excellent! Very refreshing...haven't heard it before. I subscribed to your channel when I heard Hello by Lionel Richie. It was really good. Your improvisation is different. May I request you to play for us the following two songs: 1. Felitsa (Yanni) and 2. Nostalgia (Yanni)?
cubusdk That makes more sense. Because, aparently, "boucon" is an old french word (no longer in use) which meant "poissoned food"... and I couldn't relate this music with that concept. Source: fr.wiktionary.org/wiki/boucon

Please more of Duphly! Wonderful music...
Very nice, I didn't know Jacques Duphly. Best regards.
Beautiful

very beautiful, what is the name of the digital piano you are playing this piece on it?
I'm curious. Do you know what does the title mean??
Antonio Velázquez The piece should be a tribute to the harpsichord virtuoso Anne-Jeanne Boucon (1708-1780)...
