Hello dear friends!
I hope that you had a great February month so far. I’ve been really busy in this past month, working on divergent project with other composers, and also in the field of theology. I recorded some vocals for my dear brother and composer named "Sybrid" and we can’t wait to share it with you friends!
I’m really grateful to the Lord to finally be able to share «A Sacrifice To Save You» with you friends. You mean the world to me. You have no ideas how grateful I am to have your support.
It is really strange how this orchestration came to existence. Actually, I was working on a kind of «Pirate track». I was really enthusiastic for it, but I felt that something was missing. I was always confused to a certain point while listening to it.
So, I said to God, « God, would you please help me for this orchestration? I feel that something is missing». And I sit down and a whole new melody came out. So I wrote it and found it better than my previous «Pirate work». That is why I’m so grateful to Jesus, he did all of it to be honest.
But the mood was totally different from the Pirate track. I was feeling a high degree of Bravery in the suffering. The more I was listening to it, the more I felt the notion of Sacrifice. I heard an unconditional love, devoted to human kind.
Sometimes, a composition moves me to tears so much that I’m obligated to stop a bit. I always ask Christ to give me something relevant for those who listen to my work. As said it, you friends mean the world to me. It’s a path we live together. I don’t want to make music for myself, but for you and God.
The Sacrifice of Christ became my new start when I was 19 years old. He saved me from death literally. It was complicated to understand Him because of my cliches I had. I thought it was a catholic thing, involving an unflattering clergy, full of corruption etc. But basically, it’s not this. There is a difference between the Jesus of the Bible and the Jesus we know by the catholic organization.
Jesus never taught to create physical churches, never created any clergy nor complicated rituals. Jesus just wants to have a personal relationship with the concerned believer. This is basically what my faith is. I live it all days and everywhere.
More about the construction of the piece :
Basically, you have two main melodies.
0:43 To 1:31 : The first part describe the pain Jesus is enduring to Save Humanity. But the Passion he has for us is stronger and unstoppable. I chose sopranos voices to illustrate the nostalgia and the lamentations.The staccatos (short notes behind the melodies) that you can hear all along represents the perfect devotion and determination Jesus has to be put to death to Save us.
1:33 : The second main melody that you can hear represents the Victory that Jesus has over death and suffering. It represents his conquest of death itself and lead to the Resurrection.
But before to end this description, I wanted to say few words about the Artwork presented in this video.
I came across this painter called « Anatoly Shumkin» couple of days ago. I was searching for a good interesting painting of Christ and came to his profile by accident. I thought that the painter was dead already because his work seems made by old legendary painters! And thank God I was wrong. He is alive and he lives in Russia (St. Petersbourg).
My excitation was huge, I took contact with him rapidly to congratulate him and ask him if he would be okay to let me use one of his masterpiece in my channel! By grace he said yes. So my friend! He came into this world, which He, Himself, had fashioned. He lived the life we should all live, and died the death we all deserve. He took upon Himself the sin of the world: a sin that did not belong to Him, but He accepted. A crown was fashioned for Him of thorns and thistles, the likes of which were brought forth for our sake, but He did not complain. And on that fateful day, God provided Himself a lamb, much as Abraham had told his son, although the old prophet was likely unaware of the magnitude of what he had spoken. So it was, Christ was nailed to a cross of wood, the material the young carpenter had worked for so long: the Creation was used to murder the Creator. The True Passover Lamb surrendered unto death, and the Earth claimed Him.
Now on the Sabbath, He did rest in His Tomb, under a shroud of fine linen, but on the First Day, (now also the Eighth), Creation was given new Life. As the Holy Angels rolled away the stone securing the tomb, all that remained dead within, was sin and its wage: death itself. The King had become the Servant; the Alpha, the Omega; the Highest, the Lowest; the Judge, the Condemned; the High Priest, the Sacrifice; the Beginning, and the End. And one day, the Lamb shall return as a Lion, and the world will be reminded that it is not the devil that you should fear, but the One that even that foul creature quakes before...

Mon cher efisio,Cela fait longtemps que je n'ai pas écris de commentaire sur ta chaîne, je ne suis pas content de moi sur ce coup.. Mais bon je suis de retour !Je n'ai pas eu mon telephone pendant 1mois en fevrier, et la premiere chose que j'ai voulu retrouver et écouter quand je l'ai réecouté, c'etait tes musiques, c'est la chose qui m'a manqué le plus dans mon telephone..Lorsque je suis retourné sur youtube pour voir ta chaine, j'ai vu que tu avais sortie une nouvelle musique : "sacrifice to save you"J'ai alors decidé de l'écouter, naturellement. Ce n'etait vraiment pas simple emotionnellement d'ecouter la musique mais je ne pouvais pas l'arreter .. Impossible.J'ai du retenir mes larmes alors que j'etais dans l'aéroport, en attente de passer le scan de mes valises..J'ai cru pouvoir refouler l'emotion qui etait en moi mais je n'ai pas pu.. Les larmes ont fini par tomber.. Aucun mot ne pouvait représenter ma situation, je ne les trouvais pas.. Jusqu'a ce que j'écoute cette musique! Que ce soit dans le titre ou dans la melodie, elle representait ma vie et elle la represente encore actuellement, je continuerai de l'ecouter jusqu'a l'infinité des temps a venir, merci pour tes musiques efisio, tu crées quelque chose de positive chez les gens, et chez moi aussi.. Et ca serait vraiment pas pareille ma vie sans tes musiques..
