Launch of the 2020 Antimicrobial Stewardship Clinical Care Standard - revised

To support the launch of the 2020 Antimicrobial Stewardship Clinical Care Standard, a webinar was hosted by the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care in collaboration with the Society of Hospital Pharmacists of Australia (SHPA) on 26 November 2020.
The webinar provides an overview of the revised Antimicrobial Stewardship Clinical Care Standard and explains the changes made to the updated standard.
This is followed by an expert panel discussion and Q&A session with Dr Kathryn Daveson, Infectious Diseases Staff Specialist and AMS Lead, Professor John Turnidge AO, Senior Medical Advisor to the Commission, and Fiona Doukas, AMS Pharmacist.
