Exceptional explanation of the installation. Never seen a video with such in-depth details. Just one doubt- how’s the stability in speeds. Wondering so because of the huge size and extended outside the bike. The CG factor must be affecting a lot leading to unstable ride ?
That’s true. Stability is what suffered the most. Frame of Cub is not designed to carry more than 2 people sitting on their places. More than that makes bike handle differently. Because there is no rigidity in this extender box it was bouncing up and down making the frame less stiff. I’ve already found solution for that. Stiffness brackets were designed and then my friend welder created and installed them on my bike, looks weird now. But the rear part of frame is more solid now. Even though because the box is heavy and located at the rear end it makes bike a little bit wobbly at slow speeds. On high speed there is no much difference from the stock until I leave handle bar riding hands free, where wobbling comeback. Now I’m thinking of other solution to make the rear rack more rigid sacrificing a size of a pillion seat. But imho the best solution for cub or any other lightweight scooter is still the box made of lightweight materials.

I just checked my box it’s plastic and it’s a 65 L box with the same kind of styling and locks and that one was 260 bucks on Amazon for my location so I didn’t realize they had aluminum options but for my purposes it’ll have to do

Thanks for your comment, If we are talking about the same stuff in Korea we also have mentioned baskets, IMHO they are not convenient because in most cases knees abut into it while riding and braking

Thanks! Yes this exact extender bracket is only for 110 model. IMHO it needs upgrade in terms of structural reinforcement. I wouldn't recommend to install box on extender without reinforcing bar between the end of extender and the frame. This setup could handle city or tarmac roads, but definitely would brake or bend under offroad abuse.

Exceptional explanation of the installation. Never seen a video with such in-depth details. Just one doubt- how’s the stability in speeds. Wondering so because of the huge size and extended outside the bike. The CG factor must be affecting a lot leading to unstable ride ?
That’s true. Stability is what suffered the most. Frame of Cub is not designed to carry more than 2 people sitting on their places. More than that makes bike handle differently. Because there is no rigidity in this extender box it was bouncing up and down making the frame less stiff. I’ve already found solution for that. Stiffness brackets were designed and then my friend welder created and installed them on my bike, looks weird now. But the rear part of frame is more solid now. Even though because the box is heavy and located at the rear end it makes bike a little bit wobbly at slow speeds. On high speed there is no much difference from the stock until I leave handle bar riding hands free, where wobbling comeback. Now I’m thinking of other solution to make the rear rack more rigid sacrificing a size of a pillion seat.
But imho the best solution for cub or any other lightweight scooter is still the box made of lightweight materials.

Thanks for your comment, If we are talking about the same stuff in Korea we also have mentioned baskets, IMHO they are not convenient because in most cases knees abut into it while riding and braking

How much weight can you carry in your top box and on the rear rack in general?
Hi Arman you are right I'm Russian, and live in Korea.
Top box on the video without any modifications is pretty weak, max 10 kg. Recently was made some improvements into top box construction and now it is much more stiff. I carry about 20-30kg in total on a rear rack.
Overall it supposed to carry one full size passenger 40-80kg. Rear rack should be strong enough.
Is your bike still stable on the side stand? Nice installation!
Still stable but. If I load it with side bags and dry bag on rear seat, backpack on it's not, too top heavy I'll talk about it in future videos

Thanks! Yes this exact extender bracket is only for 110 model. IMHO it needs upgrade in terms of structural reinforcement. I wouldn't recommend to install box on extender without reinforcing bar between the end of extender and the frame. This setup could handle city or tarmac roads, but definitely would brake or bend under offroad abuse.

God is unique and absolute, He does not need to have a family and sons or to associate anyone else with His kingdom, He can simply create whatever He wants, everything belongs to Him, and to Him everything will return. Allah said in Surah Al-Mu’minun : “God has never begotten a son, nor is there any god besides Him. Otherwise, each god would have taken away what it has created, and some of them would have gained supremacy over others. Glory be to God, far beyond what they describe. The Knower of the hidden and the manifest. He is exalted, far above what they associate. (91-92 / Translated by ITANI).

Believe, then, in God and His apostles, and do not say, "[God is] a trinity". Desist [from this assertion] for your own good. God is but One God; utterly remote is He, in His glory, from having a son: unto Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is on earth; and none is as worthy of trust as God. Never did the Christ feel too proud to be God's servant, nor do the angels who are near unto Him. And those who feel too proud to serve Him and glory in their arrogance [should know that on Judgment Day] He will gather them all unto Himself: (171-172 / Translated by Muhammad Asad).
Allah the Most Merciful said in Surah Ali-Imran : Behold, the only [true] religion in the sight of God is [man's] self-surrender unto Him; and those who were vouchsafed revelation aforetime took, out of mutual jealousy, to divergent views [on this point] only after knowledge [thereof] had come unto them. But as for him who denies the truth of God's messages - behold, God is swift in reckoning!
Thus, [O Prophet,] if they argue with thee, say, "I have surrendered my whole being unto God, and [so have] all who follow me!" - and ask those who have been vouchsafed revelation aforetime, as well as all unlettered people, "Have you [too] surrendered yourselves unto Him?" And if they surrender themselves unto Him, they are on the right path; but if they turn away - behold, thy duty is no more than to deliver the message: for God sees all that is in [the hearts of] His creatures.
Verily, as for those who deny the truth of God's messages, and slay the prophets against all right, and slay people who enjoin equity - announce unto them a grievous chastisement.
It is they whose works shall come to nought both in this world and in the life to come; and they shall have none to succour them.

Many Religions that we know nowadays, at their beginning were true and under Islam, initiated by one of the prophets of God, but their original teachings, history and scriptures have been corrupted over time with falsification and polytheism, or lost and replaced with false ones. That's why Islam is the only Religion accepted by God nowadays, which consists in bearing witness that there is no god besides Allah (God in Aramaic, the original language of Jesus and the Gospel), and that Muhammad is His servant and messenger, just like Jesus and Moses and others are His servants and messengers.
