Thank you for including the murderous pipe wrench child gang, Doc. 16:47 The fact that that nine -year-old was chasing them down ready to bash thier brains out with a piece of plumbing equipment was what stuck with me after seeing this movie once all those years ago.
It's one of those "wait, did i just see that?" moments. Some of those wrenches are pretty heavy too, kid want playing around lol.
I don't like to throw this out lightly, but Doc, the fact that you sat thru this movie, just to make a funny vid for us... you're a real American hero.
The last line of dialogue was a rip off of the almost last line of dialogue from Jaws as Brody and Hooper swim for land:
Brody: "What day is this?"
Hooper: "It's Wednesday. No, it's Tuesday, I think."

Well I guess I can get behind this concept I mean after all Jaws 4 we had a shark that actually sought revenge and follow a family from Massachusetts down to the Bahamas. I guess it was a Sith Lord. It can also swim on its tail and roar like a lion, amazing since sharks don't have vocal cords.

I'm more shocked the Ghost Shark went after the girl on the Jet Ski and not either of the two guys. like i can accept that maybe he just wanted the fast, possibly panicked, thing "Swimming away" but he missed the giant man! i know ghost sharks have no need for food but he could have been a real delight of a meal.

5:40 Yes, I have actually seen a visor worn like that. There was a time in the early 2000's when it was considered "thugged out" and "cool" to wear visors upside down and sideways in that "I care a whole lot about showing you how much I don't care" kind of way that people also used to wear their baggy jeans so low that their asses were hanging out.

Speaking as the father of a young woman who was 15 years old at one point, this is the most terrifying scene in the movie.

I think the design of the ghost shark looks cool because it is just a jaws replica puppet/ statue. It looks an awfull lot like some of the replicas floating around the internet.

I'll admit, I did bust a gut laughing at the jokes you made about Shawn C. Phillips. Also, I personally like to point out how dumb his death scene was. When you pause the video at 8:06 you can see he's only a couple of feet removed from the stairs, yet he swims a bigger distance to the diving board where he would obviously meet his doom. If they had him closer to the diving board to begin with, his death still would have been stupid. But at least wouldn't have been a piece of incompetent filmmaking.
Anyways, I enjoyed this Riffview allot and if you wanna review another cheesy horror movie starring Shawn C. Phillips, I like to recommend 'Sasquatch assault'. It's kinda what you get when you mix Harry and the Henderson's with Assault on Precinct 13.

They could have at least had the actors playing reporters standing in a different order at each window. That 1 woman always at the front and standing in the same position really give it away.

Not that I'm defending the movie, but I disagree with you when you say that the trio of teens forming a Scooby-Doo gang was out of place in this film. Yes, in any other shark film it would probably be a dumb element to add, but this movie is called Ghost shark after all. I think it fits perfectly. Great video! I love your channel to death!
