While I was in grad school I was incredibly stressed out. After an exam I happened to stumble upon one of your older videos. This was around 2013. I called my mom after completely mellowing out and told her that some amazing woman hypnotized me and changed my life.

This is a great video! Actually, I am one of those people who never get tingles from perfectly articulated "rehearsed" speech, but most tingly for me are those little nuances of natural speech and (weird as it is) smiles. You are great as always ❤️

And I love how much ASMR has been evolving since the beginning. I’ve been watching/listening for about 10years and my triggers have been changing so much over the years. Lately I have been, let’s say... not a fan, of inaudible whispering and how intense and unnatural the mouth sounds are. A little break from that is really refreshing! Specially when I know I can still relax, because I know there won’t be any sudden loud sounds.

I really liked the normal volume spoken video.
Because you post quite regularly, having variety is actually pretty great. In fact the more I listen to ASMR the more I realise that different things can be triggers. Or not even triggers but just peaceful. It’s great.
