No, we just want to make sure you test drove all the midsize sedans on the market before your decision. The Sonata is still a fine choice and some buyers like it's styling and driving dynamics. It is also still a great value in the marketplace. Personally, we'd choose a Honda Accord, Ford Fusion, or Volkswagen Passat first but the choice is yours. Get the vehicle that you like the most :)
The Volkswagen CC is an excellent choice. The speed3 doesn't compare with this vehicle but if you were going to drive the two back to back, you'd notice the VW is quieter, more comfortable, has nicer interior, and is generally the "more grown up" car. The Mazda is quicker/more fun and we apologize for not having a speed3 review yet. We do have our connections with Mazda already and a speed3 is on the list. We should be reviewing one soon.

Why would I want to change those things if the light is not on?
There should be a maintenance schedule in the owners manual. The only things I would recommend is oil change if it wasn't already done (Castrol Synthetic) and a tire rotation with every oil change!
