Dear Ebin, I am an XUV user myself. @4:56 - Pls be informed, the screen in this mode indicates the system is in standby mode and the clock will be on. While in standby mode, the screen will not accept any inputs. You can switch on, by pressing the center console joystick round button just once & the system will come back live. It is not a glitch. Similarly, If u long press the joystick again, the infotainment screen will go to this standby mode & will display just the clock.

Dear friend, I know standby mode... It was not the stand by mode... Here the infotainment system was stuck. I had taken my car to the service station. It took an hour for them to rectify the error once. And on one occasion, they said the ststem needed to be updated by Mahindra and took 2 to 3 days to resolve the issue. So, it was not the screensaver or stand by mode😊

Accidently came here, just wanted to know the user reviews of this car. I live in Australia and Mahindra launched XUV700 here. കൂടുതൽ ഇന്ത്യക്കാർ ആണ് ഈ വണ്ടി എടുക്കുന്നത്. അത് കൊണ്ട് തന്നെ നാട്ടിൽ ഉള്ള വിലയേക്കാൾ ഏകദേശം 10 ലക്ഷം കുറച്ചാണ് ഇവിടെ വണ്ടി വിൽക്കുന്നത്!!! They just want to get into the market, becasue their is a lot of competitiors in this segment here in Australia. പക്ഷെ ഇത്രയും വിലക്കുറവിൽ ഇവിടെ ഒരു സെവൻ സീറ്റർ അവൈലബിൾ അല്ലാത്തത് ഇവർക്കൊരു പ്ലസ് ആണ്. Not worth to spend 32 lakh on this car. There is no soft touch material. Plastics used on the dash board and central pedestal are not upto the standard.
Feature wise is a good product. However, adding tax the car is over priced. I would say the top variant is worth about 26.5 lakh on the road.
