3/4 pineapple chucks
1 jalapenos
1/2 tomatoes
1/3 red onion
2 tbsp. fresh cilantro
1 lime juice
salt and pepper to taste
1 salmon fillet
10-15 shrimp
2 tbsps. cajun seasoning (I used mc cormick)
3 tbsps. olive oil

Suggestion; wrap the top of the pineapple in foil and put it under the broiler to broil the inside of the pineapple before serving.🤔
