I feel ya. It's so hard to get people with cancer to eat a full meal. You'd happily make them literally anything they want or buy them any food or snack they want to get some calories in them but it's like they've just given up and nothing seems appealing. But if they don't eat then the downward slope of their life just gets worse and worse. So I'm glad your husband liked this. Now you just need to find some more recipes of equal appeal for him on RUclips.

After we dated for awhile she asked me two questions: "How old are you?" I told her 72 (8 years her senior). She paused a minute and then asked "Do you cook?" Note, not Can but Do you cook. I "sorta" lied and said yes. Because I could cook she gave me a pass on the age bit. Been cooking ever since and love it. Her first husband told her as a very young bride that she could not cook anywhere as good as his mother. Griped about her cooking for about a week, then she said "Okay, you are now the cook!" I just made this and stuck to the cooking shrimp one minute on each side rule, this is super KEY and made my shrimp taste perfect. I didn’t add spice to it but it came out just as amazing. The lemon squeeze was very much necessary.
Beyond amazing, I add a little bit of pepper jack cheese, splash of old bay seasoning, cut up some scullion. I use penne pasta I could fine the papperdelle pasta. My good this is good. I found my self eating most of the pasta with the chicken broth
Just finished making this. Thank you do much. I was looking for an alternative to my Shrimp Diablo pasta and this recipe did not disappoint. I added extra spinach and mushrooms. Added more red pepper flakes cayene and a little more pasta water. I needed extra pasta water because I used penne and wanted the noodles to be coated nicely. I didn't have heavy cream so I used half and half. This was delicious. Can't wait for my husband to taste it. Thanks again.
Just cooked this tonight for my husband for his birthday dinner. This was so on point with flavor, taste, textures and spiciness. He loved it and so did the whole family. My only complaint is I didn't find your channel sooner😊😊😊

This was delicious! I replaced the following: heavy cream with table cream, tomato purée with 3 tables spoons of tomato sauce, cayenne pepper powder, with chili powder. Despite the few replacements, also use penne pasta, this process turned out excellent. Thank you!

I made this last night and my boyfriend ABSOLUTELY loved it! It is so good! I had to cut the amount of cayenne pepper in half and didn’t add the pepper flakes in only because my bf gets very bad heartburn but it was still a little spicy. I worried he was going to wake up at night but it was soooo good! Definitely making this again!

Tried this and was delicious. I did make some adjustments to make it my own. I used fresh tomatoes instead of tomato pasta. Along with multiple colored bell peppers. I swapped out the mozzarella cheese for Colby jack. Used paprika for the heat. It was perfect with those adjustments.

Just tried this and came out wonderful! So good I couldn’t use heavy cream so I used almond milk and oil instead with Vegan Cheese. Tasted Amazing!!
