Yup that was the final straw for me, when I saw the upcoming woke changes coming to the game back a couple years ago. I was already getting sick of Blizzard as a company but that was enough for me to walk away forever after 14 years. Have to draw a line somewhere.
I don't think servers are global, there are multiple threads in wow forums about it and community council says it is not true, there was no merge. You can even try to test it yourself to see if the servers are merged between NA and EU (you will need a friend who plays on NA server or create a separate account on another pc for NA region though): try to whisper someone who plays on NA, and try to receive whisper from NA player. But still I doubt they would just merge the servers, this is completely different infrastructures and even the reset times are different for NA and EU servers, and you know ping will be quite a problem, especially on bgs. As for me, I tried it out, I already have played other versions of wow and also private servers like twow, and so far it looks quite fresh and a bit different experience than anything I played. I leveled my warrior till lvl 9 and obtained first 2 runes, one was from starting zone quest, which was really cool: victory rush with healing is awesome. And the second I got from one named mob, which I needed to duel, and it was quite a fight, I liked it. But overall it is just a usual classic with different playstyle of your class, everything else is pretty the same: questing, zones etc. I hope that they will add more new and interesting content throughout the phases, except the runes and remade dungeons into raids. And if it will be in the same sense of discovery it will be amazing, for example no one pretty much knew there will be new items like supply crates and even the reputation about these. I will probably casually level my warri in this first phase, and looking forward to future phases.
Was fun, got 2x 25 max, and geared. Ashenvale event is 100% pve sadly even though was advertised as pvp, (suppose to be fixed according to blizzard) people are just rushing the bosses AV style, than layer hop to do it again on another layer, exploiting the rewards, that's been a blunder. Think people are mad about tank runes being gated at lvl 25, and the warlock one especially requiring to do BFD raid, think people wanted to lvl up as a tank. Other than that it's been fun, some of the new rep stuff is tedious but they said they will change the supply crates so they stack. For me it's a cata waiting room, at the end of the day I just do arenas and pvp for the most part, world pvp is fun, but NA has of people that complain about it.
For now, and the upcoming weeks or months, level cap is 25, that’s what I mean, they might increase the level cap to 100 in the future, we will “discover”
Because in general people are sheeps and they follow everything that is popular, streamers in this case. But even at this stage i can see a lot of notion toward retailisation of Classic and retail Npc's are already demanding so called QoL changes which will probably led Classic to consoomerism trash which Retail already is. They are like junkies that even at this stage are always demanding more and more, nothing can satisfy their thirst for dope, this poor souls cannot enjoy in simple art of RPing and slow paced gaming. Worse thing is that Blizz is cathering those bunch.

Outside of that I have been getting disappointed by Blizzard sense the release of BfA and loosing interest in the company. I tried to reignite that interest with Classic and it soon fell to crap with botting, GDKP, PTW, not listening to the player base like usual ECT.. I will never trust Blizzard with my time or money again and get my WoW fix from private servers.
very few people earn 13 eur per hour here, he has no clue what people earn in his own country lol. Minimum wage is something little over 4eur/h and most of the low end jobs like factory workers etc dont make much more than that@@nickolayvlachkov7781
@@MEYTRIX i have no proof sorry. just dota 2 pro and streamer singsing is streaming wow and I watched him for 5 years and he's never played or streamed wow. he said he played wow classic (2004) for a few months at release and never again and this month he streamed leveling to 60 hc and then SoD after.
@@sygos most just have normal paid promotional deals, don't think it's anything under the table, some twitch streamers just lie to their community or avoid bringing it up to seem genuine.

I was also sad to see the requirements for the metamorphosis rune 😓 thought I’d be able to use it sooner

because streamers are being paid under the table to play it. even dota streamers who never touched wow are streaming it.
