We are in bubbles. One of the many is real estate. In Germany a guy built for 3k/m2 and questioned I answered him my limit was 500 Euro. His look was fantastic. Why would a guy like me pay 1/6th of what was so "normal" to him? The bubbles will of course popp (which has already started with rising int. rates). This here is no good example (who can afford Britain anyway?), but the houses in France you showed seem frequently cheap. You do not talk m2, but sometimes I wonder if we are under 1k/m2 already - and it is an "asking" price! I do not see myself returning to EU after the madness they forced people into, but the EU will implode, as she is a bubble as well. I am addicted to your channel, but seldomly write a comment.
