    Hi Mr. Kishan Chautaliya and viewers !!
    I am here after 10 months. Still not follow the book completely but most of it. Things I observed the changes in myself is as under :-
    1. I can run 5km in 36 minutes although I never run in the past.
    2. I read more than 8 novels and listen more than 10 audio novels.
    3. Recently apply for CFA level 1. ( will come back in June after exam) although not belongs to commerce background.
    4. Made a close group of family & friends after reading Think and Grow rich by Napoleon Hill. Earn aprox 4 lacs other than my regular job.
    Yes I am proud to become the member 5 AM club.

    1) Victory hour, The 20/20/20 formula, which is Move (Exercise) - Reflect (Journaling, planning, meditation) - Grow (Learn something useful and new)
    2) Freedom from distraction. Stop time-wasting activity
    3) 3-step success formula. Better awareness = Better choices = Better Results
    4) The 4 interior empires, which are Mindset, Heartset, Health set, soulset
    5) The habit installation protocol. It takes 66 days. 22 days (Destruction) - 22 days (Installation) - 22 (Integration)
    To regularly do that which is hard but important when it feels most uncomfortable is how warriors are born
    There is no competition at the extraordinary level

      Well, I'm much more healthy, productive and happy of course!
      Now I have so much time that i can give to my passion.
      It's more lovely to think in the morning that, "while others are sleeping, I can complete my assignment ".
      It just changed my life, from dull to bright 🔆.
      It was very difficult in the beginning but as I did it everyday it became easy.
      Now I wake up automatically at 4:00am
      As I said ......
      #consistency is key to success

    Thanks for making this video.. last year after watching this video I bought 5 am club book from flipkart and since then I waking up at 5 am every morning. Also I have build a new habit to read books.. it's a kind of chain reaction, When we build any new habit it also effects the other part of our life as well.

    Waking up early throws me away from comfort zone
    It gives me enough time to do some preliminary acts like excercise, reading, meditation, drinking water, to face the stresfull day.
    Without a proper plan in the night I won't be able to wake up early.
    Waking up early also makes my day calm and less anger
    It makes me less reactive to depression
    In crowd my confidence level and my speech will be clear with my anxiety under control

    I am here after a year ago i have seen almost all videos of you brother
    I realised that social media is so bad and it is making me dumb from last 10 months I have not used any social media application and now I am so happy in my this new life without social media
    I followed the principals which you have told in this video i followed them from a year and I get wake up at 5:00 am daily and now I feel so confident and there is so much improvement in myself

    I still remember ,when i was in 10th i used to go for yoga classes with my friend at 4:00am and during those Days i used to feel very fresh and active in my classroom and my concentration level was at the peak but later i stopped the same. but now after watching this video i'm again going to start.

    The more I learn and understand about motivation, all these things reminds me of my past full of extreme depression, all motivation stuffs seems to be so hard, though I'm good and ok now, still I can feel the same feelings which I had in the past. So dark, so silent, so cold, so emotionless, no hope, no motivation, no feeling of being alive, it was like being dead rather than being alive.

    I am 15 years boy
    Before - on school /college holiday I get up at 11 am - 12 pm very late
    After - see this video and other 5 am club videos I was so excited to get up early in the morning at 5 am
    Next day after see
    I get up 4:30 am in the morning

    Yes, it's very true that the addiction to smartphones and the internet is really ruining our most valuable time and energy....It's advised that we should not touch our phone at our first one hour in the morning. The morning hours should be dedicated to pranayama and meditation.
