Hi Mr. Kishan Chautaliya and viewers !! I am here after 10 months. Still not follow the book completely but most of it. Things I observed the changes in myself is as under :- 1. I can run 5km in 36 minutes although I never run in the past. 2. I read more than 8 novels and listen more than 10 audio novels. 3. Recently apply for CFA level 1. ( will come back in June after exam) although not belongs to commerce background. 4. Made a close group of family & friends after reading Think and Grow rich by Napoleon Hill. Earn aprox 4 lacs other than my regular job. Yes I am proud to become the member 5 AM club.

It's more lovely to think in the morning that, "while others are sleeping, I can complete my assignment ". It just changed my life, from dull to bright 🔆. It was very difficult in the beginning but as I did it everyday it became easy. Now I wake up automatically at 4:00am As I said ...... #consistency is key to success #never give up 😊😊

Waking up early throws me away from comfort zone It gives me enough time to do some preliminary acts like excercise, reading, meditation, drinking water, to face the stresfull day. Without a proper plan in the night I won't be able to wake up early. Waking up early also makes my day calm and less anger It makes me less reactive to depression In crowd my confidence level and my speech will be clear with my anxiety under control

I still remember ,when i was in 10th i used to go for yoga classes with my friend at 4:00am and during those Days i used to feel very fresh and active in my classroom and my concentration level was at the peak but later i stopped the same. but now after watching this video i'm again going to start.
The more I learn and understand about motivation, all these things reminds me of my past full of extreme depression, all motivation stuffs seems to be so hard, though I'm good and ok now, still I can feel the same feelings which I had in the past. So dark, so silent, so cold, so emotionless, no hope, no motivation, no feeling of being alive, it was like being dead rather than being alive.

Yes, it's very true that the addiction to smartphones and the internet is really ruining our most valuable time and energy....It's advised that we should not touch our phone at our first one hour in the morning. The morning hours should be dedicated to pranayama and meditation.
