      🧐I agree. That is why Misyaar/Nikkah without strings is SO different from the Shia past-time Muta.😈 In fact a standard Nikkah can metamorphosis into a Misyaar Nikkah by the couple mutually, should circumstances arise where both of the couple realise that they cannot fulfil each others rights like they used to. No brainer IMO.🤷😎💓☝️🏴

    I have heard of many instances where someone goes for studying in India, US, UK etc, marries a girl from poor (or unwitting) family and once he is done, he leaves misyar wife and his children behind with no financial support, and as a matter of fact, leaving no address for the children.
    From such "marriages", i have seen children of "Muslim" fathers going to church because exwife went back to her parents' religion after man's disappearance. 💔

      As Muslims, we must never treat other Muslims with disrespect, even if the person desires to be defiled and demeaned for some reason. If a wife desires to try out disgraceful acts in marriage, then my dear brother, it is our duty to remind her that she is a queen of Paradise and mother of believers. Indeed, if you indulge your wife in sexual fantasies, then what do you think will happen once you pass away? Such habits do not go away, and she will become mad to go to another man who can satisfy her. I tell you brother, that a cancer patient complained that his wife wants a divorce. The brother suffered from prostate cancer and can no longer satisfy his wife, but they had a very active sexual lifestyle, which of course they considered perfectly halal, and used sharia and hadith to justify, but the Muslimah woman became addicted, and now cannot stay even one day without these acts, and the brother, who may die from cancer any week, was weeping bitterly now, because his wife is going mad from her desires and wishes to marry another man immediately. She cannot take care of her cancer-ridden husband because of the things he taught her to please her in their conjugal life, and now she needs a man constantly. If your wife wants to try disgusting things, it is your duty to remind her that she is too precious in the eyes of Allah to be defiled like a toilet, and the same advice goes to the Muslim wife, otherwise the moment you fall ill or die, she or he will inevitably go to another woman or man to satisfy her needs and then another until her Imaan and faith might be jeopardized. May Allah keep us all on the path of our Prophet.
      It is necessary to remember that we are in this world for a very short time, and our goal is not to enjoy worldly pleasures and carnal desires, but rather to worship Allah. Marriage is a sunnah of the prophets and therefore should remain pure and for procreation only. Naturally, divorce is the most hated thing in religion, and therefore, we must try to work on our personal lives and endeavour to practice upon the noble footsteps of the prophet.

    This person is simply a messenger of what the belief is and speaks the truth. However, that does not mean it's morally and humanly acceptable. Miyar marriage is nothing but degradation of women because it was constructed as a convenient excuse allowing men to engage in sexual relations without assuming any form of responsibility. As most comments read; this practice is a form of justified prostitution, highlighting concerns about exploitative dynamics within such arrangements. The emphasis is on the perceived lack of respect and equality, as well as the potential negative implications for the individuals involved.

      @akuma4u first of all I wish to clarify that polygamy is only allowed if a man can and has the capability both financially and otherwise to support and provide exactly equal attention to both wives. If he fails to do so then he's sinning.
      Secondly to answer your question, as you may know there are currently more women than men in these times and it's only going to get more and more as much as 50:1. Therefore this is actually the need for polygamy if women need to settle down with a man

    • @Sas-rf9sy
      @Sas-rf9sy 8 месяцев назад

      That is not a Misyar marriage which is about giving up certain marital rights to enjoy married life and halal companionship. Now if I understand you correctly a woman in your country married a second husband, because she wants to remarry her first husband who she is divorced from irrevocably (3 divorces have been issued). So her purpose is to to marry the second husband be intimate with him and then divorce him.
      This is haram and very insulting to the status of wives and women on our Deen. Muslims are not allowed to pre-plan such marriage. A second marriage should happen naturally with the intention of staying together. But if for some reason problems arise, and there is no solution, and the second husband then divorces her too, then there is no blame upon her if she wants to remarry the first.
      Such people have got to stop mixing culture and Islam.
