your tiredness you comminted about and the PA said you were dehydrated. You later said you got winded coming up the stairs. Sounds like something else you might be dealing with. Go to heart doctor, and get a stress test. You do great work and look forward to them every day.

Good job man, I did this exact same motor swap a couple years ago, and let me tell you, about halfway through I was wishing I'd paid to have it done, lol. Your video almost gave me PTSD, reminding me how much it sucked, lol. I found a used motor on eBay though, and saved literally a couple thousand dollars DIY, so it is what it is. I don't have a wheel puller though, so had to resort to emery cloth, hammer, torch, and eventually a sledge hammer to get it off, it felt like it was freaking welded to the shaft. I then used some some anti-seize compound on the new shaft, in hopes that if I ever have to do the motor again, I won't go through this again, dang.

As much of a struggle it is sometimes to pull the motor shafts from the fan housings I wonder if putting together a jig on the back of your van to hold the housing in place might be useful? Is there any downside to using a wheel puller? Seems like a socket on your battery tool and a crescent holding it in place would make quick work of that replacement.
