That’s why he’s been injured half of his career. Same as Curry. When Eddie Jones called them the Kamikaze kids it was a prophecy. It was obvious they wouldn’t be an able to play like they do without spending half the time injured. It’s everything wrong with modern game. Idiots smashing into each other. It’s not sustainable!
I don’t find Underhill as reckless as day Thomas from Wales with the tackle on McCarthy, which I think was no arms and extremely dangerous. Head a little off and you’re asleep. Also could lead to a career ending knee injury
@@ragerancherI distinctly remember Tim Visser saying on the Dutch rugby broadcast that he'd be surprised if Underhill had a long and healthy career. His playstyle is just very susceptible to injuries.
Cracking clips - and some brutal tackles there. Despite Wales picking up another wooden spoon, it was a great competition with some amazing rugby on show. Thanks for putting this together, Andrew, cracking content as always 👊
I dont think tackles where somebody is a sitting duck, i.e stretching above their head to catch a ball or returning to the ground after a jump, count. They’re tackles any player worth their salt should mop up.
The tackle of the tournament must be Varney on Sheehan to me. Stephen knew he was going to be ran over by a train, yet he not only saved a try in an impossible situation, he forced a knock-on on top of that. How can you better that tackle with that outcome and that much handicap in weight difference?
Hey Andrew. Any chance you could put together a short video of all the positive moments that Wales had during the campaign? That tap tackle at the beginning of your video helped me remember that it wasn’t all bad during the tournament. It might help Welsh fans moral going forward.
Not initially so I understand the call. But the same guy against France was over the shoulder and you even heard Nigel Owens in commentary talking about it.
@@no9scrum if you were to penalise that tackle, you would have to penalise so many tackles the game wouldn’t flow! I saw a referee use that justification and I agree with it
@@AndrewDavidForde I agree completely... I'd be very confused if it had been penalised and I don't think it should have been. It's just one of those I think 'technically' could be deemed as illegal, and is interesting as a result
@@no9scrum Look up the last Whistle Watch, Nigel Owens explains this very situation. And we can agree he knows the rules and their applications better than you or I do. He said if Aki were already on the ground, then he's out of the game and he's not allowed to make a tackle. But this is not what happened; he kneed on the ground in the process of making a tackle, which is allowed.
Underhull is an absolute nutter😂 one of the most crazy flankers ever. Great player

@@gprugbyNot really, Underhill is a hard tackler but also has very good technique, it's very rarely he gets it wrong. He's just been unforuntate.
@@ragerancher I would imagine that Sam Underhill learned a lot from playing with Francois Louw and Taulupe Faletau.
@@ragerancherI distinctly remember Tim Visser saying on the Dutch rugby broadcast that he'd be surprised if Underhill had a long and healthy career. His playstyle is just very susceptible to injuries.
Would not fancy trying to run through Italy’s centres. Those boys can hit hard.
Look at Menoncello, so ispirational!
fr
Proof that Sam Underhill is the most underrated player on the England team.
Underhill top man !!
How is there no George Martin tackles in this video!?
I came here to say the same thing! That tackle on Bierne was one of the most dominant tackles in the tournament 😂.
Agree!
"If Brex doesn't get you Menoncello will" my new favourite phrase of this 6N.
The last tackle is poetry, vintcent + zuliani
Menoncello player of the championship just for this defence, and than you see how he breaks the line wou

Your upload schedule is unreal man keep it up❤❤❤
Menoncello on jalibert was the best tackle of the tournament, took the fly half out of the game completely
Gotta be capuozzo taking out Duhan twice for me

Wales leading the charts for number of hospital passes >.< Underhill outstanding
Menoncello highlights please!! 🙏🏼

Ah another certified Andrew Forde classic 🤌🏻🤌🏻
The one in the thumbnail is van der merwe’s illegal tackle that got him the yellow against Scotland so don’t know if that’s good
Underhill is a certified unit.
underhill had a massive 6n
I dont get why some people say that he doesnt deserve his spot. Workrate is incredible, huge tackles and turnovers. UNDERHILL IS BACK!!!
He’s not quite 2019 Underhill but it’s nice to see he’s developing a better attacking game to complement his immense defensive hits
6:53 my boy hits hard
Some big tackles, but also a lot less of the whiplash we used to see from shoulder-heavy, higher up tackles... maybe players are finally adapting?
wonderful 6N
mostly because we didn't get the spoon this turn 😅
Los mejores tackles fueron los tanos 🇮🇹💪
@@antonpirulero1944 yes mate
Menoncello featured 3 or 4 times
but Underhill
he is the one of the 2019 world cup again
tackle machine
@@antonpirulero1944 capuozzo tackling van de merwe was a thing of beauty
that tackle on fickou against Scotland was high...
Martin on Beirne
That’s why underhills out injured most weeks
0:38 high as hell

bundee smashing daly surely should have been in?
Huge hits come on 💪
1:03 textbook what? 😂fs that’s not a legal tackle.
La cartouche de boudehent... Magique
0:57 illegal tackle, knee on the ground
Vincent tackle of the tournament
How come the thumbnail was an illegal tackle and not in it
Ben Earl gets done for a no arms tackle against France in the last play. then you see half of these.. what a joke
Penaud V Lawrence ?
Finally England are returning to glory. Bok Fan
Left out james lowes big hit in the second half of Scottish game
I think to play international rugby you do have to have a few mental issues
teeeeechnically Bundi's for tackle on Steyn he's off his feet and should have been penalised no?
He goes off his feet in the process of making the tackle which is legit.
