I ran into this type of obstinance the other day here in Canada. I was out for a bike ride, and the parking signs in my neighbourhood are very unclear. I warned a guy he'd parked on the wrong side (I always do this). For the first time ever I got a bad response. He told me to eff off and all sorts of stuff.
I just kept riding.
Couple hours later when I was on my way home I rode past his car. He'd gotten a ticket. lol
He’s gonna think you called to report him. He’s going to blame everyone but himself.
here in Toronto you can take videos of violations and send them to TPS. There's significantly less sidewalk parking in my neighborhood lately.
Should have given him a couple of flat tyres as well, I would have. He’d think twice about being so rude to people next time. Always a bad idea when you’re parking your car, because you’re going to be gone for some time and they know where your car is
