Today another hearing was held in the case of Kirill Bunin. Three witnesses for the prosecution were questioned. One of them gave evidence contradicting his testimony to the investigator. Another one answered "I don't remember" to all questions, including the question why he broke the street security camera after Kirill's arrest. If it goes on like this, a fair court will have to acquit Kirill and his friends. The next hearing is scheduled for August 10.

But what will a Russia court do to him? Any fair system would not have held him in custody at all.

@@pkz420We'll see in two months if Russian justice is blind. I think there are at least 4-8 more hearings, if with such an interval, then 2 months. The judges also have to question 15 witnesses and two victims. Last time the victims did not come to court because one was in police operation and the second was on vacation. Allegedly.

When she says she's afraid and she's being attacked, call the police right away and say that a woman is having a mental breakdown and harrassing you and other people on the sidewalk. And that she has a car.
And then the cops would show up 2 hours after, or never. This isn't their first rodeo.
No need. They have the video evidence to prove she wasn't attacked if the police do show up.
I think a woman lying to bystanders that she's in danger fits the definition of assault because this can cause a guy to fear someone might punch him or something. Something might happen and you want her to be criminally liable. That's why you should call police. These guys weren't afraid and nothing happened, but if a crowd started forming, maybe, or if it was only one guy. Kind of difficult to explain this on the phone to the cops though.
She was a full on drama queen and professional victim player, a proper Russian Karen. She's up there with the worst women we've seen on here. Keep up the good work chaps!

Somehow, in her head, she's the normal one. She says she's surrounded, yet no one is behind her. She says she's being attacked, yet no one makes any moves toward her, and no weapons are displayed. Wow, she has absolutely no clue what a horrible example she's setting for her kid. She could have been one of the many who just give a quick "sorry" and back up, but she was so scared that she got out of her car and walked right up to total strangers standing on the sidewalk, and her hands on them? Yeah, that makes sense, to no one.
Her kid was probably not watching and was too busy on her phone, telling her social media _friends_ that her mother was being an idiot in public, *again.*

I'll never understand why some pedestrians willingly side with violators who brazenly drives on sidewalks. Does it take one child getting hurt or killed on the sidewalk for them to finally understand?
Because they are doing the same, when they are driving their car. Of course they have to side with the violators, to keep their "right" to drive on the sidewalk.

The next time there's a car on the sidewalk start wailing and screaming "THERE'S A CAR ON THE SIDEWALK TRYING TO KILL ME" "HELP CALL POLICE I'M BEING ATTACKED BY A BIG CAR" and you can continue on like this woman with some more bad acting. And she DOES NOT deserve an oscar, she was horrible and completely unbelievable in that role of a mother, i don't even think that was her child.

I love the fact that it doesnt matter to the people from the social movement whether the lady is there or not. She is actually acting as a deterrent. Y'all will be there "all night"....she is trying to cut corners and basically cut off her nose to spite her face. She is literally only wasting her own time while at the same time validating the reason why you y'all need to be there in the first place.
