Lovely first lady with a good sense of humour that only Kirill can bring out.
She was doing wrong by driving on the sidewalk, but she went a long way toward making up for it by having a friendly and positive attitude, even when being confronted with her mistake. Most people are not playful and laughing in situations like this, even if they know they are wrong.
He's had a couple of them lately who were really quite funny. At least there are some people out there who aren't determined to start a fight over a parking spot/driving on the sidewalk.

Have a couple people at each end with cars waiting and when a car pulls onto the sidewalk then bring your cars and block both sides of the sidewalk so they can't get off with their car..
