Amazing finds, Sir! I live in the upper Northeastern USA in a beautiful little State called Vermont . There are several areas rich with fossils of creatures dating back some 208 - 450 million years ! There are no dinosaur fossils thus far discovered as the Areas which are now the Northeastern US were predominately under water for much of Its geological history .
I m coming all the way from Germany to see this beautiful coast at end of August. Thank you guys for this amazing Videos! Me and my son love your Videos and we can’t wait for the next one! 🙌🏻
That would be awesome, to meet you guys at the beach. Thank you so much, but sadly we are only 2 days there. 19/20 Aug. But with enough luck we are at the same time at the same beach 🏝️ 😊
Cool video. I can’t believe how far you’ve come. When I first started watching your videos you had just over 1k subscribers and now your on your way to a million. I still remember meeting you at Runswick Bay around 3 years ago in the car park and showing you that piece of jet that I found on the beach that day. I hope you reach 1 million!
The reflection-in-the-tide-pool scenery clips were lovely, as was the blowing patch of sea oats. 😊 Amazing ammonites! I had so many doubts about that crumbliest concretion, but it hid greatness. WHOA!!! 🦕 That paddle digit--! The thought of the size of that creature... astounding. Does the digit have signs of arthritis around the articulation edges, or is that just wear from the preservation process?
Thanks we really enjoy including the scenery clips! The surprise ammonite find was also spectacular, really wasn't expecting that one! I'm not sure how to formally identify pathology such as osteoarthritis on bones, but that's an interesting point that we could look at in the future! Thank you
From time to time I look at your videos because it really is something special about them, and what I would say is special about them, is the pure passion, I’ve seen channels out there that do the same thing, but this channel is the right one, the curiosity what it could be is also playing a big part, and makes one feel like you nearly are there! When I was still a kid, my teacher brought with him a fossil of a leaf found in the Norwegian mountains, it was so spectacular to look at. I was trying to find myself some fossils with a friend of mine, while at mountain trips, but its really difficult. I wish you the best, good luck in the findings, good health, and the exact same energy you bring with you, with best regards. Thats what life is about, doing your own thing :)
Lovely to meet you at carpark 3 weeks back. I met your btother twice. He showed me some of your finds. Surely will be in contact with you boys. Thank xou
🪸 What a beautiful day to start your day with I hope you are successful in finding many beautiful fossils in your hunting today. I know you guys are busy, so I greatly appreciate this longer video... See you guys in the next one. 🦕🦖🐊
Do you do what species that giant digit came from? It’s stunning!!! And a gorgeous articulated specimen too! Your dad is majorly talented at preparation!
I was wondering as well in your store if you could possibly author a book about ammonites in yorkshire and fossil guides for the future. Be very cool to see. Definetely would buy
I love fossil hunting, but where I live in Victoria, Australia, I never seem to find much (mostly because I don't know where to look) :( But anyways, amazing finds today!
Cool channel we live in Niagara Falls Ontario Canada. We just got back from a camping trip at Rockpoint provincial park it is known for a rock point 350 million years ago it was a tropical sea and this rock was a coral reef it died and turned to limestone the fossils are incredible. Rock point is located in Lowbanks Ontario Canada if anyone wants to look it up
1) You do realize these videos are totally fake, right? The rocks on any beach are smoothed by the water, moving them around and rubbing them against each other, and it couldn't care less about leaving an ancient fossil right in the middle of the stone, keeping it intact. 2) Ammonites were active free-swimming predators, like modern nautiluses. They didn't crawl)
Where have you bean for three weeks. Do you remember the channle mikle vicks dog commenting on this video. That was me on my brothers account. I am litterly in england right now and i might have enough money to come her ever again. Please at least make a video knowing that it would make my day the best day ever.

Have you ever taken anything that didn't belong to you? Jesus said, if you look at a women lustfully you've already committed adultery in your heart with that woman. 11:00 and onwards: pretty sure it's the left radius of an adult Temnodontosaurus
I live near to the wrens nest in Dudley it is a world heritage site because of its fosils 86 which are not found anywere else in the world.
try go to plymouth the opposite side or maybe bournemouthe because there are cliffs there
You should do a video where you show your collection and do basically a showcase of all you impressive and big finds

All the fossils were outstanding and the extra jumbo digit really amazed me
It was so shocking to realise what it was!
What beach is this or is this a private beach
What is orange on the rocks? Iron?
I'm not certain exactly what it is to be honest, but it is from alum shale
Incrível parabens pelo trabalho. Grande abraço Brasil

How far up from Robin hood's bay do you need to go to find fossils?
What makes the rocks yellow?
Those ammonites must have been crawling the ocean floor in billions of numbers back then.
Agreed

could the largest paddle be from a species similar to Shastasaurus?
It's likely from a temnondontosaurus but not 100% certain
Yay you said finer tools!
Haha I wondered if you would pick up on your favourite phrase
Saltburn fossil hunter here - are you going down Port Mulgrave by any chance?
Wow: I wonder if that paddle bone is a size record ?
I don't think so but it is right up there!

How do clean up ammonites ?
We have some videos about ammonite preparation on our channel
I was wondering have you ever found a fossil that was filled with solid quartz so it would look like a white ammonite fossil or something similar
What is the name of the island plss

Where can I buy the fossils
Please visit our website yorkshirefossils.NET
with the size of that paddle, you’ve got to be working with something shonisaurus size
Maybe that huge paddle bone came from a Shastasaurus sikanniensis
Hi do you sell any of your fossils pls :-)😊
You should check with an expert, to see if it's a rare bone!
It is indeed rare, mainly due to it's size!
One of these days you’ll find a complete pleisiosaur
