I just received mine from you, and even when I have it turned up all the way, it's not very easy to hear. It doesn't sound as good as my brother's concert and I don't really know why. 😢 The ukulele itself sounds fine, but I can't tell at all the difference if I put on reverb or chorus. I can hear the delay a little bit, but it's really quiet. I charged for over 2 hours and the light never changed. I'm assuming it's charged though. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I'll try it with an amp tomorrow to see if the effects work better with that. However, one of the main reasons I got this was so that I could use the effects without an amp. Add

It's supposed to but mine doesn't. My brother says that his just stays red as well.
