Dope! This was a big help in understanding of the motions the body goes through while throwing on the run.

I’ll send a link to a conditioning plan we offer that helps you get back into shape, it’s what I did before college ball www.firstdowntraining.com/product-page/4-week-conditioning-workout-plan

Hey coach, I know you’ve done some videos on Jimmy G but could you do a breakdown on some of his deep misses? He’s inconsistent with them, he has throws like the one to Kittle down the sideline in super bowl that was called back for OPI (bs call) but then he missed the post route from sanders that everyone remembers. I’m curious if it is a footwork issue, he seems to have enough arm strength but he leaves them either short or occasionally overthrows them. If you could break it down that’d be great cuz I feel like that and occasional vision issues are what is holding him back from being top 10

Yeah I appreciate the feedback. I try to not do any content like that which involves critiquing. I personally never played in the NFL, so I don’t like to critique guys who have made it and have had success but I can try to work something into my content involving that. Thank you

You should do it about being a kicker

Nobody wants to hear me talk about kicking, I’m probably the worst kicker of all time 😂

This has something to do with how far your throwing

Mahomes is actually the younger Rodgers. The career Mahomes will go through now is what Rodgers would've gone through if Favre didnt start for the Packers.

      That's what that means

Lol what? More like Mahomes is trying to be the younger man Rodgers. He's not there yet. Trust me. Watch highlight videos and it's clear as day. No one is Rodgers.

Mahomes studied Aaron Rodgers....just like Kobe did Jordan....
