I loved this format. Having no timer helped me focus on my form. I love my daily exercises now and being consistent certainly improves my mental and physical health. It also helps me find energy to face my day 😊 thanks Amy 👏
Yes I keep coming back! And no I don´t always love working out, but the way I feel and I have improved my strength so much makes me want to continue on and on. Even now that I have struggled with a knee injury, I just did your sitting down workouts. Now I am back., knee okay again and LOVE your amazing workouts. Thanks Amy!:-)

I loved that one! It went so much faster without the timer but I also enjoyed the metcon format! I also wanted to share how you’ve impacted me for the better in this area of life. My dad gave me a love of weight training in my teen years, but in the years between graduation until after I had my first baby at 22 I didn’t do much in the way of exercise. I discovered your channel when I began working out again after my first baby was born (just a few months after your first was born!). You walked me through learning to care for my postpartum body and through two more pregnancies and postpartums and the years after. Even though my consistency with my workout routine has ebbed and flowed throughout the years your videos keep me coming back and I love them! Your voice is always in the back of my head (“it’s hard because you’re working hard”, “you showed up”, “be where you are today”). So thank you for reigniting my love for exercise!
I just bought heavier dumbells, what a game changer. I should have done it sooner. I can really challenge myself now. Thank you Amy for all your workouts. I am definitely getting stronger .
I like all your formats; I like the change up. Anything that says MetCon or Pyramid definitely catches my eye because I know it's going to be tough. My heart rate was moving throughout this video. I am also trying to lift heavier and making the transition from my 10lb to 15lb for some arms and 15lb to 20lb for legs!
I did this workout split in 10 parts in my kitchen while my 4 kids were running all over the place 😂 the last part I did while the kids’macaroni was cooking 😂
