This active recovery workout uses yoga-inspired exercises, with options to take it to the mat or the chair. We’ll get mobility, strength, and stretch, all with options to adjust to where you are on your journey.
I was not intending to do this workout because I just did another one of your workouts, but this one started to play so I did it! I really liked that you have the option with a chair because I have had to do chair workouts in the past due to injury. One suggestion: perhaps a split screen showing bothstyles at the same time? Anyway, it was really awesome. Thank you so much.

I loved the background music and the adaptable workout. I often feel pressured to ‘get it right’ when I do a workout video but you don’t make me feel that way. Great workout!
