A bunch of new Portuguese G3s were imported back in the 90s. It wasn't much later PTR got the G3 equipment from Portugal.

Got my AES-10B last week- incredible gun. First thing i did was get myself a Davranov RPK cheekrest and Russian laminated furniture to get it right ;-)

I’ll be going with Zastava’s underfolder with the optics rail. I’m down with the G3 though for sure, but Zastava has my money when it comes to AK’s.
just picked up one of the UF to go with my standard m70 and its worth it especially if you can find one with some great battlewear and engravings from the soldiers who had it

I have a Romanian underfolder imported in 2019 after a 4 year hiatus. So happy I finally own one. I’ll never get ride of it.
The no cleaning rod is a MAJOR Buzzkill! especially in the gold version. Also please weld optic rail on the G3s!
Seems to me that alot of casuals still don't know the difference between century imports "Romanian" and centuries own buids 🤦🏻

Missed the opportunity to ask them why they are building 74s but not providing ammo. They got the hookup with Romania. They could absolutely bring it in cheaper than Tela Impex
So I did ask about that. They said they are getting the ammo but it's going to be expensive.

I was turned in to an AK snob by salesman as first was Galil and first AR was 300 blk out. I could see how the gold one was awesome even though it was Century arms.

the underfolders do look cool but are THE most uncomfortable stock ever, nothing about it is comfortable.
They’re not that bad the wire stocks suck
@@Crakfiend420 they are that bad lol . Folded..you cant get a good grip on the lower hand guard and unfolded it's just a piece of metal that digs into your shoulder

i just paid 1500 for a ptr 91. And this guy says century will sell it for under 1000. Bruh.
PTRs are awesome, don't have buyers remorse on any of mine, under 1k is nice, but having the welded Pic rails on the PTRs are nice.
I have friends who captured some of Saddam Hussein gold plated guns back in the day they were showing pictures of them all holding them lol

To be perfectly honest i had both my zastava always held it's resale value and never had an issue with it,my century ak had issues and resale value was in the garbage for it,meaning big loss,hopefully century arms stepped up there quality control 👍

I had an early batch Cetme C308 and it was absolutely garbage. Had a firing pin break after 200 rounds and had the rollers fail around 500 to the point I could no longer charge the gun. Stick to importing good Romanian AKs century.
They're having ptr build these....I trust PTR. I had a crapme in like 2006 before I learned about ptr....since then 4 PTRs and no crapme. Cetmes were never headspaced correctly by century...ptr knows how to make g3s with proper spec and headspace...

Just save up and buy one. A copy won’t fill the empty hole in your heart. Even affordable good quality eh Kay ems are 1k now what is another 1.5 to 2k have a little self control and save.

Century Arms is cheap shit. I will never buy a Century Arms firearm ever again.
Their imports are completely fine, but you're absolutely right when it comes to anything built or manufactured by them
Century arms 4 thumbs Down .. them century arms made aks with the cast bolt& bolt carrier… even the receiver itself.. was excited to buy an American made Ak when they first came out. Was no reviews. It was two… new never been more disappointed in my life.
Century arms has the worst customer service.
Not a big fan of century arms.
