Hi I have one question, I want to change my employer but current employer is not giving NOC , my new employer ask me to fill a form from MOL and submit and visit MOL. Is this safe way to transfer employer or my current employer can create problems for me ?
My understanding is that employer change is done through the ADLSA system and requires an NOC or a signed/stamped resignation letter from your current employer. Please take guidance from your current and new employer to avoid any inconvenience.
