It's definitely a personal choice to buy, lease to own, or rent. I personally had a lease to own which was quite easy on the pocket to pay every month, and if by chance you are leaving the country sooner than you expected, then you can easily return the car back to the showroom, without any liabilities. But the decision is yours.

It depends on the curriculum. For British, Kings College, Doha College, Compass, etc. are good. For American, ACS, ASD are major ones.
