It's like comparing apples to oranges - they are very different. Doha is more comparable to Abu Dhabi - more relaxed, more family-friendly, closer to culture, not in the rat race. The infrastructure of Qatar is top-notch, probably better than UAE. Education is fantastic with great intl schools, and universities. Healthcare is world-class. Numerous reforms are being made and loads of initiatives are being undertaken by govt to make Qatar an even more business-friendly country. If you want to set up in a country and then serve the GCC region, Qatar is the best place to move with family.
730k gives you PR for 5 years which is a multiple entry visa enabling you to live and work in Qatar. For Buying property, you can look for consultants and agents who will be able to assist you, unfortunately I don’t have any recommendations available for that. Hey Riyadh nice video, I did some research about PR in Qatar. It mentions you can obtain a real estate investment of at least USD 1 million (QAR 3,650,000) which will lead to a permanent residency permit of five years. So this permanent residency isn’t really permanent ?

If you mortgage, the property is not under your name until you make the full payment to the bank/financing company. So technically, PR won't be possible in this scenario until fully paid and transferred to your name.

You cannot buy ten properties for 100k each and claim PR, doesn’t work like that anywhere
