This was the best pastry puff dough recipe i have seen, i have been scrolling for hours watching different videos on how to make this and it looked so intimidating and complicated. I was about to give up and buy a read made dough and this video was suggested to me, the thumbnail looked delicious, and the length of the video was short so i thought what the heck one more video then that's it.
