- This has been my favorite lure design to fish with for quite a while now and I’ve been working hard to make this lure have a reliable, stable swimming action that I can reproduce and make available to purchase.
It’s been slow going but I’m finally pulling the trigger and going to be selling on Etsy. (Link below)
I was only able catch gar for the video but I did catch a bass off camera. It’s a great lure and I love the action but the fishing where I live just sucks 🤷🏻♂️

What is the mold materials you are using? I would love to try and make my own as well!
The silicon I use is made by alumilite. It’s called high strength 2
Man the action of the lure you showed in the water looks really good and unique. You could make a mold with more than one lure at a time, or you might have to make lots of molds. Maybe you could scan and 3D print a mold with more lures. That's what I'm thinking about because I have some unique lure ideas that the world needs. Once you have the file right for one you can just copy it and make bigger molds.

Yeah I though about making a bigger mold with multiples but I’ll have to change to a resin that has a little longer open time.

Nice baits! Also, to speed up the process, you can find someone who does CNC to make you a lead mould (mold? *error 404, English not found*) for lead that you can pinch down on wire so you can skip drilling and super glue and --coca-- baking soda. Just figure out the lead density and volume to get the same mass. Even better, a mold where you put a wire in and pour lead around the wire. That's how I plan on making my baits at least, and then you just pour plastic over when it cools down.

Keep us updated if you sale any. I'm genuinely curious about if they will sale for the posted price. I couldn't even get 1 sell on etsy and I was only charging $5.
I was only able to sell one. 50 dollars is a bit high for most people.
@@TreysArtI don't think it is high because I know the work it takes to put into one of these lures. I think it is perfectly priced. I just don't think people that don't know what goes into these lures have as much of an appreciation for them.
Your right and I don’t feel like they are wrong if they think the price is high. Most people would rather pay 5 buck for a decent lure at Walmart lol

I built this one myself which I think is what most people do. Look up rotisserie motor on Amazon and build one using that.

Hey brother i have a one off hand made lure. I'm looking for someone to potentially make with me and start a company. I've personally pulled in a 28.5 inch walleye with and my father and brother pulled in a 12 lb northern and musky the same day
