I am guilty of hitting mud puddles and creating splash, thanks for reminding me the importance of trail etiquette. My intentions are never to damage trails or ruin them for others but just the kid comes out of me sometimes being out there haha

I think an important one, but one that should be obvious for those that have off road vehicles, know the capability of your rig, the clearance of your bumpers, your low points (like a diff). This will help in negotiating terrain and prevent vehicle damage resulting in oil and fluid spills on the trail.

Around my parts here in Utah it is not uncommon to see Bro-dozers out diggin huge ruts on our forest service trails after the rain. Some places get so bad that people end up creating by-passes which in turn tears up even more countryside.

it all grows back .go to places where fires and wars have happened and in a few yrs it is all back to normal so dont get to bent over trail damage

I understand that but whether it grows back or not i think its important to behave in a way that will keep the trails open. Id rather not give the powers that be an excuse to close the gates.
