It took me years to get rid of that bacteria. I did about 4 courses of antibiotics before a gastroenterologist prescribed me Talicia. 3 in one drug. A lot of insurances don’t cover it but I was so desperate to cure myself I paid $800 out of pocket. I tested negative and still have the symptoms. Will look for another doctor to do more in depth testing.

Triple therapy has a success rate of 70% and if you're still being exposed to the bacteria, it will come back. Also, H Pylori interferes with digestion and can lead to SIBO. Gelatin has the amino acids glutamine and glycine that help build the stomach lining. There are recommendations for glutamine 3-10 g per day but I haven’t used gelatin as a standalone element in a protocol so I don’t have an answer to that. Not sure it would be enough

Unfortunately, H Pylori can be stubborn and can resist antibiotics. Your doctor may want to consider bismuth (it helps break biofilm). You may want to look for a source of infection (other family members for example)... people with yeast and candida have a hard time getting rid of H Pylori. Consider adding black cumin seeds.

My breath test after the H Pylori treatment was negative. I have burping and some sort of heart burn still, but I guess it may be due to my diaphragma hernia which comes and goes

After 4 months of high dose I have now been reduced and completely free of complaints. Some foods still give me some gerd from time to time but but that can easily be treated with a simple antacid pill.

Breath test was done for me and they just said pylori is positive. They didn’t tell the count or range. Directly put me on antibiotics that you discussed in your previous testing and treatment video, not sure how much damage it did to my body already. When I retested got negative, but still had symptoms after few weeks went and took another round of breath test again it came positive. This time I couldn’t take treatment as I became pregnant. I have heavy vomitings, continuous burps, bloating all the time. I did a stool test but it turned negative, I did all test and got negative except for endoscopy with biopsy. I got gred because of the endoscopy. Maybe it’s a different bacterial strain they haven’t tested for? Candida maybe 🤔 Try berberine and cinnamon. Add coconut oil to ur diet. I hope u get better. H pylori is a nightmare 😢

mastic gum is usually safe but you still need to know what the root causes are. Mastic gum and gut healing supplements soothe the stomach and gut lining but don't get rid of the reason why it's inflamed.

It’s not possible to give a an exact measurement. I would say 1 cup okra … maybe 1/2 cup aloe juice without sugar…. some things are better in supplements form. You don’t have to wait to finish the treatment to add these foods. Not necessary mushy food but soft and easy to chew … and chew well

Gas, bloating and constipation can be caused by different things so it’s important to test and determine the cause so that you or your doctor can find the right solution
H Pylori hides in yeast biofilm so if you have a lot of yeast, it may not be showing up in tests. Also, H pylori in coccoid form are hard to detect in traditional tests. So it's possible. You may not have and have something else. I've definitely suspected H Pylori with some of my clients but their tests showed other things. You may not to rule our other conditions (depending on symptoms).
I’ve found it to be very helpful. I’ve sent out samples with other tests to compare and have seem clients bring other tests and still like it. Maybe too much kefir? Candida or Sibo, worth a try. Bone broth and no sugar. Good luck

Gelatin has the amino acids glutamine and glycine that help build the stomach lining. There are recommendations for glutamine 3-10 g per day but I haven’t used gelatin as a standalone element in a protocol so I don’t have an answer to that. Not sure it would be enough

Unfortunately, H Pylori can be stubborn and can resist antibiotics. Your doctor may want to consider bismuth (it helps break biofilm). You may want to look for a source of infection (other family members for example)... people with yeast and candida have a hard time getting rid of H Pylori. Consider adding black cumin seeds.
Thats what I feel now, I'm taking antibiotics for two weeks and done it, while I'm taking it the pain was gone but now I don't have medicine anymore the gas is back, I don't know what to do.

My breath test after the H Pylori treatment was negative. I have burping and some sort of heart burn still, but I guess it may be due to my diaphragma hernia which comes and goes

After 4 months of high dose I have now been reduced and completely free of complaints. Some foods still give me some gerd from time to time but but that can easily be treated with a simple antacid pill.

Breath test was done for me and they just said pylori is positive. They didn’t tell the count or range. Directly put me on antibiotics that you discussed in your previous testing and treatment video, not sure how much damage it did to my body already. When I retested got negative, but still had symptoms after few weeks went and took another round of breath test again it came positive. This time I couldn’t take treatment as I became pregnant. Gastroenterologist says no harm to wait and during pregnancy can’t be treated. I am worried about my baby. They didn’t do any forms of testing like you have mentioned blood test or stool test. I am literally worried now what else is possible how far this bacteria is gone and affecting inside during I am pregnant. Do you advise me to ask doctor for other forms of test? I have heavy vomitings, continuous burps, bloating all the time. I did a stool test but it turned negative, I did all test and got negative except for endoscopy with biopsy. I got gred because of the endoscopy. Trying my best with a gluten free, processed food, suger n oil free diet with a little herbs in diet to manage. Parsley n mint also helps.
I tested negative but not by a test that shows numbers. My only symptoms are bloating, burping constantly and hoarse voice. Can I include mastic gum with gut healing supplements at the same time on an empty stomach for safe measure. I still can’t use hcl
mastic gum is usually safe but you still need to know what the root causes are. Mastic gum and gut healing supplements soothe the stomach and gut lining but don't get rid of the reason why it's inflamed.

if there are still symtpoms, it indicates that more work is to be done. Maybe there's something else that wasn't addressed (SIBO, parasite, or candida).. maybe you need to focus of healing the stomach lining or maybe to focus on restoring digestion. Depends on which specific symptoms remain

It’s not possible to give a an exact measurement. I would say 1 cup okra … maybe 1/2 cup aloe juice without sugar…. some things are better in supplements form. You don’t have to wait to finish the treatment to add these foods. Not necessary mushy food but soft and easy to chew … and chew well

H Pylori hides in yeast biofilm so if you have a lot of yeast, it may not be showing up in tests. Also, H pylori in coccoid form are hard to detect in traditional tests. So it's possible. You may not have and have something else. I've definitely suspected H Pylori with some of my clients but their tests showed other things. You may not to rule our other conditions (depending on symptoms).
GI map isn’t that accurate to be honest
I’ve found it to be very helpful. I’ve sent out samples with other tests to compare and have seem clients bring other tests and still like it. I was diagnosed with H pylori, acid reflux, and Barretts in April 2023. I did quadruple therapy and tested negative on the retest. I continue to get bloating and gas after meals even after trying DGL, slippery elm and aloe vera capsules. I was retested this October and the first test was inconclusive while the second test was “negative”. I ended up ordering a DNA test last month and HPylori was 2.16e2.
