i have the 12 max pro and don't even notice the 60hz and i charge it at night so again i don't mind the 3hr charge time. plus there's portable batteries, car chargers, battery cases so its really a non issue when it comes to charging the battery.

These aren't realistic. I've had S21 Ultra since 28th January and consistently get much better SoT than these tests suggest. I am a heavy user doing 9 hours SoT daily, I've never killed it and never seen the battery drop below 10% ish. Don't hold too much weight to these. My "friend" ( more like an associate ) has a 12 PM too and kills it very often, but not always.

Appreciating the effort you put in this video but the comparison was not fair. iPhone supports 60FPS. You should have changed the framerate to 60 on other devices too.
Also others phone have the adaptive refresh rate that can go down to 1 FPS for the the OP9, even if he set the RR to 60 on all Phones, IPHONE will still be the best considering its size battety

That test will be interesting, because there should definitely be a significant increase in battery life for the S21 Ultra. Changing from 120hz + WQHD+ to 60Hz + HD+ should definitely help to reduce battery drain.

The iPhone does have the more optimised CPU and OS, but it wouldn't last nearly as long on a much higher refresh rate on a WQHD+ resolution.

@@sujalpathak194 Absolutely untrue, having a lower resolution and refresh rate can increase the battery life by a lot. I think you underestimate how much those two factors affect battery life. The iPhone does have the more optimised CPU and OS, but it wouldn't last nearly as long on a much higher refresh rate on a WQHD+ resolution.

This was a very poor test, because even with a more optimised OS and CPU the 12PM doesn't beat the S21 Ultra in a fair battery drain test. I mean, do you actually think that having an adaptive refresh rate and a 2K+ resolution is a fair comparison against a phone with only 60Hz refresh rate and a HD+ screen?
