Color is subjective. Every people seeing color differently. Not to mention blind color people. So, it's better to choose the phone that pleases our eyes don't care about others 😊
In portrait mode, it is impossible for the viewing angle to be the same on the 3 smartphones because the focal lengths used by the 3 smartphones in portrait mode are different.
The OnePlus did a great job here! I liked it's colour most. The video stabilization when running seens to be better than the others. The ultrawide, nightmode and video portrait is much better on the OnePlus too!
Although all three phones have their own unique features but I prefer to go with OnePlus becuase it seems to have best Portrait video mode, stabilisation and respectable photos in an affordable price..
Truth is, the OnePlus really came to the competition, I love Samsung galaxy's true to life colours. It was absolutely not okay to see the iPhone not able to compete in the macro aspect. But then every one of them has their flaws Pick me for the giveaway, need that so well.
I'm sure the 10x lens of S21 Ultra must have been dirty or there was an error or an issue because there's no way 10x digital zoom of iPhone 12 Pro Max to be better than the 10x optical zoom of S21 Ultra. It doesn't make any sense.

I think Iphone portret shoots in the daylight are better, Samsung seem to have overal better camera but the color is still a bit saturated, I'm impressed with OnePlus camera, good enough to compete with other 2, maybe 1-2 generations away until they nail down their camera software. Can u tell which version of s21ultra u have snapdragon or exynos as this is a important thing. And also what camera version was that + software version. There is a big problem with s21ultra cameras photos lacks of details, they are full of smudge.
Since this video is from the 1st of August it is pretty hard to tell, but I tried to reconfigure it and it was most likely on firmware version G998BXXU3AUG4 aka the latest version at the date of the recording. And as we are situated in Berlin this is the Exynos 2100 version of the Galaxy. Hope that helps, cheers! ✌️

The auto focus testing was a little bit flawed , the Samsung and OnePlus were slower because you were not in the frame properly.
