The two craziest baguettes on internet 😂
Amen to that and I don’t know how your comment hasn’t got double figures yet I do not know should’ve been at least on 20 by now 😂😂
Yeah Remy two of the most talented French mountain bikers on the planet such a pleasure to watch you guys
Thank you!
@@remymetailler My pleasure and you’re welcome
You know it's gnarly when he's taking his time like this. Very much a camera not showing the scale/steepness kind of situation with this vid.
17:38 - Poor person focused on their super-intense, bucket-list double-black slab feature riding, concentrating hard... meanwhile Remy and Yoann are casually laughing and joking while standing on a cliff 5ft away :D
I'd like to see a how-to survive when things go wrong vid featuring 'getting off the bike' in case of skinnies gone bad, techniques to deal with different OTB scenarios, hitting the ground without undue injury etc..
Legends! Always fun to see you guys ride.
Great Content again
you are the best
Mis dos bikers favoritos 🙌
Cheers for the great day Remy and Alex !!! I had a blast 😎
Same here!
@Yoann - It was a pure joy meeting you on the Whistler chair. After watching Tour De Gnar and seeing two of features near Pemby. You have opened my eyes to how creative riding can be.
@Rémy - I love watching your riding and skills and hope to meet you in Squamish when I relocate there next summer!
man Yoann shredding it like a feature film...AND THEN GO FETCH THE KIDS ?!
thats soooo coool
Nothing better than when Remy gets together with Yoann and/or Steve! 🔥
Remy, what GoPro mount do you use with your Tactic4 helmet? I have the same helmet and want to mount a GoPro on forehead
How tall are you and what size Spindrift you ride ? 😄
Remy has such a good brake control and what was most impressive to me, watching this video, is how much better his suspension was dealing with landings. Bike is quiet, always in control.
And that Spindrift is currently 30% off!
Thanks for the discount on Hayes brakes Remy! Loving ‘em so far!
Any time!
The camera doesn't capture how bonkers that first drop is. Seeing it in real life is humbling.
Never does
I've ended up riding up to something much smaller and thought the trail was a dead end as NOBODY could ride down the rock. I can't imagine how huge this must look in person.
yes boys!
Dude the way you can articulate how to approach these features is on a whole different level as well now Remy. I really appreciate appreciate the work you put into your videos! It would be really sick if you could do a little more in depth explainer in how to get us better at controlling the brakes. Tips or tricks to work on feathering/modulating our brakes without over braking..?? Just an idea, your content is always fresh tho. Cheers bro
Bleed your brakes?
Just joking 😜
That's what's we like : remy and yoann together on the gnarliest features !
Hell yeah🔥🔥🔥
hey you know what remy ? i think it'll be an EXCELLENT TOOL for you to have a green laser pointer to point out exactly where and what you're talking about to your friends and students no ?
9:51 Yoann with the touch of love ❤😂
I saw that and replayed it 3 times what even was that
Bien fait Johanne et Raymond!!! Oualleeeez
@10:26 I believe they have a profitable future in trail building if mountain biking doesn't work out!
I think Yoann balance out Remy quite well with his humor 😂
@9:58, it's pride-month, gotta feel up them cheeks!
REMY GOT STEEZ
Sick riding and nice job editing Alex!
this is so instructive, not just gun ho action but proper thought put into tackling these obstacles. obviously still takes massive balls the size bowling balls and tons of skill and experience
did you see yoann's tour de ngar ? the whole atmosphere was like a instructional clinic , no gun ho-ness , no "dont be a pussy" vibe , it was so damn cool to watch
Great to see y'all protecting your grillz with some full faces!
Awesome riding. Something the cameraman mentions, which is a great point and I don’t think is ever really brought up, is how much rider weight will affect riding features like this.
"You can nose manual the whole thing"....if you say so haha
I want MTB for my birthday tomorrow😢
Watching you riding together is always awesome! I can’t say who are the best rider… it doesn’t matter indeed, my favorites riders at all! Great video!
You know it's going to be a good video when Remy breaks out a full face helmet and a chest protector.bad ass video!
Would have been super nice to see those crazy baguettes + Steve O! That Gang is just NEXT LEVEL!
Love Alex behind the camera haha his laughing is just the best hehe 😅😅😂😂👍👍
You break cost more then my bike. I have been riding $150 bike for like 2 years. I wish if you could help me i will pay you back. I am from nepal 🇳🇵 the height mountain in the world ❤
Remy crazy 🤪 , good job on protection 👌
can you do a session with @tibolaly? could be a very great combo.
Merci
watching how much slower, the rider at 18:01 was going down, and knowing that they must be a solid rider to even get to this slab, really shows much much skill Remy has. No knock on the rider at that timestamp - I would be scared to walk my bike down that :-)
Remy king of In n' out
The ride beyond limits. Full face helmet helps to make it more confident.
Watching Remy is like watching Netflix =D
Doesn’t have a kid as far as he knows 😹😹
One guy speaking English with a French accent is already kind of cool, but three is even more fun!
I could not ride even one of these trails....seeing you doin it, it's like circus to me....two artists, no safety net, but always physics on your side. Deepest respect🤙
I'm quite happy to see that you two are now wearing a bit more personal protection.
So sick Remy.
Fresh pads and shoes. Look good, feel good, ride good!
You got that right!
Yoann what happen to guerrilla gravita now?
ca c'est de l'accent english
Epic control. Art in motion ❤great video guys!!! 🎉
i wish he would take a Propain sponsorship. you 2 are some of my favorite lunatics!
The dream team :)
You’re sick…🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼
"Do it For chu"❤❤
Guys you are insane😂🎉
2:45 I wonder, do you actively push your back wheel against the rock, or is this more a "random thing" which you are not actively doing? Features like this always make me wonder how to best do it, since the back wheel is likely to catch up to you if not managed correctly, and im wondering if this (forcing the wheel back to the ground) is the way to do it?
Curious what the technique is here too. I remember seeing this video of someone crashing doing a similar steep roll: ruclips.net/user/shortsNjU_cQQPmwg . Still not totally sure what went wrong. Really amazed how she was going so slow but still got airborne somehow. Wonder if she needed to stomp the back end back down like you said. I've done rolls not nearly as steep and sometimes the back does pop up a little bit. Remy looks like he's even deliberately endoing it in more so than Yoanne. Also, when you're doing the drops off that same feature, what exactly is the "pop" technique? Pump the front wheel or both wheels? or is it more just the weight shift/shuv thing like on normal drops? So hard to tell because the movement is so subtle.
@@easystyle4747 oh geez I shouldn't have clicked that; she's terrified and crouching down.
If you want to understand the mechanics at play here throw a rock down a cliff...😅
Seriously I hope she's alright, in my humble opinion everything is wrong in this clip starting with watching too much tutorials about "attack position" ouch!
@@easystyle4747 i wonder in that video if perhaps she was not putting enough pressure on the front and release the brake? But difficult to tell. But really curious about the thoughts and techniques of Remy, also since Joan seems to do a bit different with not as much as an obvious push of the back of the bike
What pov settings do you use?
That was hyperview on the 12 cropped down a little
Those dry conditions are the scariest to me. Kudos!
More Yoann!
Remy great videos! I love this riding style. Keep up the great work, Send me those Maxxis tyres down in Eswatini.
Tus videos son extraordinario!!! 🎉
EL PROBLEMA ES QUE NO SE VE 👀QUE TE HIDRATAS , Y LOS CALAMBRES EN LA MANO SON CALAMBRES EN LAS MANOS SON SINTOMAS DE DESHIDRATACION 😢😢😢 Y ESO PASA FACTURA DESPUÉS DE SIERTA EDAD … te RECOMIENDO QUE CONSULTES UN MEDIDO PARA QUE VEAS 👀LOS DAÑO QUE HACE A LARGO PLASO EL NO TOMAR HIDRATACION ADECUADA 😊😊😊😊
Love you guys doing projects together.
Yoann smelling the dirt shoulda been the thumbnail 😅
first
J'adore !
It's crazy how even you have to built confidence. bravo dude
The the two of you working and riding together! Amazing video once again.
Thanks a ton!
Love the insight as usual especially on the slabs, they rock, literally!
My local rock slabs see so few uses I have to carry a silicone spatula to clean lichen and moss. I should put a sign on the trees linking to your vids 🤘🤣
This is a great video guys. Love the editing and of course sick riding.!
Does anyone have Remy's brake control? It's just incredible how fast he shuts speed down - I've ridden In n Out Burger main line, and I was like the guy in the back of the video, I know just how mad this is!
Everytime I see a video of you two together, I wonder how weird it must be to talk English together.
When I meet some German speaking Swiss guys, it feels normal to speak English if you start with it immediately and keep it going. As soon as you start to talk German, it feels off to talk English.
Is it similar to you two with French?
Why clipless and not flats? Newbie here and I see everyone recommending flats while most of this experience guys are riding clipless?
Crazy fun intimidating stuff. Love it. Certainly nothing to be embarrassed about at the end. Keeping it real.
So sick! Great day out
Thanks!
The amount of knowledge you guys collected over the years on your bikes is just incredible. How much % of risk do you calculate in order to send such gnarly things?
Bravo quel niveau ! 2 rider au top. Respect 👏👍
Pretty sure I'll never ride these features, but it is so cool to see the analysis and process of how these things get done in a safe and controlled manner. Helps me to push my own progression hitting "big stuff" (for me).
"I don't even have one, as far as I know." This leaves room for a real life plot twist not gonna lie
Really impressed...especially that Yoann has 4 gosses with one gosse.
I love all of your videos but this one is my favorite. It’s great to hear and learn from your approach. So killer 🤙
These guys get me stoked to ride & Remy turned me on to DVO suspension.
Glad to heat
18min
Just busted up my 27.5 rim and need another, can I get a old one for cheap from u remy
it's look realy scary even from the camera, i can imagine how scary its actually, both of you always make it look easy, so insane brow
Dope! Always good too watch your vids. 🤙🏽
two of my favorite riders!
Lol At Yohann throwing rocks at you!
Total professionals, great video & the skills are sick ! 👍
Lets goo 🔥
Remy, your code for the hayes doesn't work.
After seeing some of these places, this is crazy good riding guys. I'm looking forward to riding Squamish again.
You should!
The bears today be like
Bonjour
