Thanks to Kobe for being my actress and filming the behind-the-scenes! Beauty and camera skills all in one :-)
Info on the location? Love the interior!
hello brandon superb video even if I am French I very much appreciate your tutorials where you got your filter which is not screwed to the case but above thank you for your answer sandrine
You're a very lucky man.Cheers
Ur a lucky man. It’s been tough for me to find a talented subject. All I get r clueless thots that ruin my shots
SHOOT YO SHOT
Oh man this is an encyclopedia of filmmaking knowledge you’re throwing to us for free Brandon! Thank you very much
Brandon Lee, half human, half gimbal. Thank you, excellent video.
There is no other youtuber that uses camera movement like Brandon Li. Excellent!!!
It’s so wild to me how much depth there is to cinematography. No wonder it takes years for people to find their own style of filming.
Thanks for the explanation Brandon.
Bruh, with Brandon's gems contents here on RUclips.. who needs to go to a film school. Thanks man! 🙏🙏🙏
As a storyteller, I like my camera movements to be motivated unless the unmotivated ones cover necessary story elements.
I literally just had a lesson with my students about how to shoot static subjects and one of them was to move the camera. So this was really a treat to see.
4:25
"Remember if nothing's moving in your shot, you're not making a movie, you're shooting a photograph"
Thank you for this video, it really helps me a lot!
4:49 But too much unmotivated movement can be distracting as well
Then you have Ozu films where the whole scene is a still shot of two people sitting on a hill LOL
@@proctoscopefilms Nicolas Winding Refn moment
not really ! too much un motivated movement can look cheesy and noob.
I hate when a shot just starts moving for no reason... or... rotating! 😅
This becomes obvious in edit - no movement looks like a still frame lol
Every time I watch your videos I feel like I'm getting a masterclass for free. Thank you so much Brandon
he explained so easily and smoothly..Legend Brandon Li
Brandon Li your channel is like a hardly found diamonds to the videographer.
I feel very surreal after watching this.
The feeling you get when you find the missing puzzle. The answer to a question that you needed to know but you didn’t even know how to ask it.
