I'm so sorry man. I went through something similar with my daughter when she was born. It was the most difficult time of my life. She's 10 now, beautiful and intelligent, brightens everyone's day. Things will get better and you will be a stronger man because of what you're going through now. Sending love and positive vibes 🙏🏻

Baby b will be in our prayers. When my second son was born he developed a lung infection and had to be in a oxygen tent for 6 weeks and he is now 25 with his own son born February. It is super scary and such a helpless feeling to just have to sit back and watch him get attended to by the Dr and nurses.
I wish all the best for Baby B. This story broke my heart in so many ways...

My boy was in intensive care for 3 weeks when he was born. Nothing can explain the feeling !! He's so healthy and happy now and I assure you brotha your kids in amazing hands. You got this man !!!
Congratulations!!! Don't worry man, these babies are way thougher than you may think. Two years ago, my child was born prematurely at 26 weeks. He spent 175 days in NICU; many complications along the way and many surgeries. It was a roller coaster. His birth weight was only 1lbs 10oz. Now, he is 2yo, 31lbs. He is big, healthy and smart. If you see him, you'll never even think how many battles he went through to be able to be here today. He is a fighter and every scar on his body tells a story. From very early on, he thought us to be faithful and resilient. So, spend as much time as you can with Baby Burlacher and talk to him. Tell him how much you love him. I guarantee you he will come home with you guys before you know it! Again, congratulations!!!!!

Congrats man on the little guy. Definitely sounds like a fighter. As a guy in my mid 30s who also had heart complications when I was little (I've had a pacemaker since I was 4) I can definitely tell you that nothing means more than to know that your parents were there for you through it all.
I'm sure Baby B will grow up to be an outstanding young man and when he's old enough, will value everything you guys are doing for him right now so that he can grow up and have a real chance to live his life.
I went from happy to sad in like 2 sec. Then relief. I buried twin at birth. So I know the feeling. Thank God that he pulled through. And thank nurse's and doctors. And congratulations on baby B. Where all here for you brother!
My twins were in the hospital for months after being born. It isn’t easy and isn’t what you imagine becoming a parent would be like. But it taught me a lot and those little babies are fighters. Thanks for being vulnerable and real!

GOD BLESS we went through this for two years. Our daughter had five surgeries over those two years. But now she just turned 3 and she is my miracle baby girl ❤. We keep Baby B in our prayers. 🙏🏼
My 1st stopped breathing when she was born. They had to resuscitate her. In November, she will be 13 years old. Prayers for you and the family. Even as babies, their strength and resilience will surprise you.

So sorry little man is having to go through that, I understand what you’re going through right now. 3 months into my sons life he was diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumor(Medulloblastoma) and within a week he had to go straight in for brain surgery, a few weeks after that it was 8-9months of chemo and stem cell transplant along with multiple minor medical equipment surgeries. Happy to say he’s currently cancer/tumor free but it’s a tough journey seeing someone you love so much having to endure such trials only a few days,weeks,months into life. Kids are tough, a lot tougher than us so I’m sure he’ll endure this no problem and come out on top stronger than ever! Congratulations and my best wishes for a speedy recovery, stay strong, baby B needs you to be.

When my twins were born, one was not breathing, but through grace and amazing doctors, my kid made it. Now 10 years later there are doing great. You can’t even tell that my twins were born 3 months earlier at 2.5lb. Stay strong, support the wife and all will be well. Rooting for you and your family.
I know exactly what your are going through. My first born was born 2 months early weighing only 2 pounds. He spent the next 2 months in the nicu. Day 7 of his life he developed necrotizing enterocolitis, which is the #1 cause of death in premature babies. He was transferred to a hospital 2 hours away to treat him. The nicu nurses and doctors do amazing things. My son is now a healthy and happy 4 year old. I know the pain you feel and the struggles of day to day life and balancing work and hospital time, that you are going through. Baby b is in good hands. I look forward to watching him grow on the channel. ❤

Many prayers for the baby bro. Me and my family had a very difficult time with the birth of my youngest daughter. Months and months of waiting in hospitals. It’s was a nightmare but it was so amazing the day we brought her home. Now she’s a spoiled 15 year old that is so amazing.
Congrats on baby Burlacher! Our son had his small intestines twisted we found out 2 days after he was born. He was in the hospital for 2 months and got out 2 days before Christmas, he’s now 10 and perfectly healthy. It’s stressful times but babies are resilient!! No worries brother!

I can totally feel you standing in the NICU and seeing your lil baby all hooked up on these wires and monitors. It’s so overwhelming and you cannot really do anything. My lil princess was 5 weeks early and spent some time in the NICU.

A huge congrats on the arrival of your little guy mate! I am sorry to hear it has been a rough start and such a terrifying ordeal. Our son's heart stopped while my wife was in labor and it took 18 minutes from that point to the point that he was delivered and then a further 2 minutes to resuscitate him. We feared the worst due to the length of time of asphyxiation, but tomorrow is his 7th birthday, he is top of his class at school and he is in advanced learning classes and is very gifted. He is a happy and 100% healthy kid. I have an idea of what you guys are going through and I just wanted to share with you that miracles do happen. Although sometimes things seem like the worst outcome, never give up hope as life can offer some amazing surprises sometimes and unbelievable outcomes. I wish you and your family the very best, stay strong and I pray that your outcome is as positive as mine and many others ❤
