Thank you for the video, I didn't think of replacing the small black plastic lines nor the zip tie trick. Thanks for the very helpful video.

What do you think about steel or aluminum coolant tanks? Are they better?

I have a 2015 volvo with d13 I replaced knox sensors with after market and they don't work . What do you use as far knox sensors goes??? Only OEM???

      yes only oem

Always for aftertreatment or engine only OEM. I doubt it is a problem with the aftermarket sensors now. But it was probably a misdiag for both to be bad after the repair. They were probably reading right just that Nox was out of the allowable limits. The code would allow you to see exactly what fault your Nox sensors were reporting bad. I would always run a Sublimation after replacing nox sensors just to clean out any DEF buildup in the SCR. there is sometimes a leaking DEF doser clogging the big pipe out of DPF into the SCR. This will throw the Nox readings off. May also throw off the DPF differentail pressure too. Also check wiring all around the DPF as there are a few places there that wires may rub. I have seen DEF pumps work fine when testing but when driving for hours they cause a problem.

Do you have to drain the coolant reservoir to change the expansion hose ?
